The Resort is beautiful. Our personal concierges,Juan and Jose, took very good care of us. Good food, nice people and good rooms too. We stayed in the Level Wellness area and liked the “exclusiveness” of it. Many food choices among several restaurants included in the all-inclusive package.

Overall the food was horrible in the buffets and the specialty restaurants . The front desk had no clue on the free upgrades I was supposed to have had. He did upsell us to "The Level" which we paid an extra $475 for, I am still trying to figure out what all that money was for besides a butler and access to a specialty restaurant and a room closer to the beach and pool area. The room had horrible lighting throughout it and the lighting in the washroom was horrible very hard for my travel companion to put on her makeup and very hard for me to shave. People smoking throughout a "Wellness" property that was disgusting as well as people smoking in the pool. The language barrier was a challenging process no matter where we went. However our Butler Yamel was awesome!!! The beach area was very nice lack of servers for beverages though. I suggest ordering 2 things per person and remember to make sure to tip them as well.

A beautiful, stunning hotel that absolutely shocked my boyfriend and I. We had a fantastic stay. My only complaint is the seaweed on the beach, but that's mother nature. We highly suggest upgrading to the level as this greatly improved our experience!

The resort was nice, and our Concierge Juan Adbricoles was the best. He took care of our every need, from reservations to towels and water in the room. Juan also made sure we had all the daily information. As for the resort the only complaint I would have is the lack of options in Bourbon, and even though we leveled up, there were still up charges for some top shelf alcahol. I would also call out the waitress at the roof top bar, I believe her name is Rayna. She was great and always took the best care of us.

My wife and I just got back last Monday from twelve days at Melia Punta Cana Beach Wellness Inclusive. We came for a tropical and beach get away, but this property exceeded our expectations. Alejandro Estrella was our concierge, as we were staying at the “Level”. Alejandro was kind, considerate and he booked all our dinner reservations. And to our surprise, we came back to our suite on our last day to a beautifully decorated room with a lovely farewell card. Randolfo Rijo at the restaurants was very kind and considerate. The gang at the rooftop bar were always welcoming and gregarious at Happy Hour. We came to Melia Punta Cana tired, but we left rejuvenated.
