Our great getaway!

Our trip started well with a seamless check in at Privildge. Our butler Reynaldo delivered 5 star service on a daily basis. The staff was warm and friendly. Shout out to the bartenders at the El Beso pool, Priviledge lounge and Lobby bar.
Excellent resort to unwind and reset

The resort is well planned out. The restaurants offer a diversity of food for all guests. Our friends that are picky eaters really enjoyed the ability to accommodate their palates. The bars made drinks to order and again accommodate the selectiveness of the people in our group. Overall, we had a great experience and our butler Reynaldo made the week even more memorable. Thank you Reynaldo for making my husband’s s birthday that much more special. Can’t wait to return.
We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to return. 10/10 experience.

The hotel, beach, rooms were fabulous. The room was cleaned daily, and the bed turned down every night. Our butler, Reynaldo, was the best ever. He was so attentive, responsive, and always pleasant and smiling. He also has the best sense of humor. I hope he is my butler next time we visit. Erika and Juana at the lobby bar are also top notch. We love them! Can’t wait to come back!

The resort was great, clean rooms and property, food was great. The staff was excellent. Our butler Raynaldo was awesome! This is 10/10.

This is my second trip to El Faro w/ friends, would go back in heart beat and the 2nd time was better than the 1st. Our Concierge "Kevin" was excellent, I saw him every day sometimes twice, he scheduled all our meals at the times we wanted and if we couldn't get in somewhere he found a spot for us somewhere else. He always had a smile while checking in. My first stay i never heard from my Concierge. We had Swim-up rooms and may i say that all staff servicing the room were always professional and extended the warmest of welcomes. Our drinks were served by Z(pool bar server & bartender), she remembered us from our January 2025 trip, what a wonderful outlook on life she has! She was always happy and smiling, we actually missed her on the days we went on excursions!! I will return!!
