Adult preferred Pool - Really pretty, Comfy lounges, Couldn’t really get towels, so just went to the beach one to get them. A little reserving going on But not too bad. Afternoon, the pool was packed with large loud groups, Pretty sure they weren’t all preferred. Very hard to get drinks at times as a lot of tipping going on. If you’re there for two weeks, you just can’t compete with the people there for four days and staff would serve tippers first. Beach - absolutely beautiful, sand so soft, Was really warm and fun with the waves. Room - Great layout and size, Very tired, especially in the bathroom. Didn’t always get our minibar refilled. Restaurants - Chaotic, Can’t book unless you are preferred, Everyone hanging around in one place, Hard to get a drink before dinner At the bar there. Steakhouse was absolutely fantastic, Italian not so good. Food not great and they served main meal whilst we were still eating the starter! Drinks - Hit and miss that you’ll get what you ordered but beware even inside you will get served a drink in a plastic Glass, This is not what I expect for a five star hotel. Mostly, they will switch it if you ask And they have any. Be prepared to tip to get good service, and upgrade to preferred!!! Your Butler will really help you, Great service. Although the hotel was lovely, we will not be returning.

We love this resort not just for the breathtaking views, but because of the resort staff. Our butler Nelson continues to ensure every detail is taken care of with efficiency & care. He goes above and beyond to exceed our expectations every single visit. Stephanie with UVC is hands down the absolute Best. She treats us like family and checks in throughout our stay to make sure we are well taken care of. She makes us feel valued as UVC members and provides an extra level of special service that we really appreciate. Our preferred club bar/pool staff keep us coming back! Our trips would not be the same without Nelis, Javier, & Carlos. Their special attention and warm welcomes separate them from the other resorts we’ve visited. They are a tough group to beat and are a true example of Hospitality. Lastly, We love our morning espressos & cappuccinos from Johnathon in the preferred club lounge. He is always greeting us with a big smile! Thank you Dreams Onyx -until next time!
