The resort was fantastic. Me and my wife stayed here for our honeymoon. We got a room with a private pool and cabana, which also gave us access to the preferred club. I think this was definitely worth the price. We had access to everything in the resort, as well as the Secrets resort next door. We spent most of our time at the preferred club pool and preferred club beach. It had a more quiet atmosphere, and felt very private, but it was great to have the option to go to the other pools in the resort when we wanted to be more active and social. As part of the room we also got a butler. Starling was very helpful and informative, he communicated regularly about the day’s activities and would make reservations, answer questions or assist with room issues very promptly (I would add the only issue with our room we had was when room service locked the back door while our keys were inside, which wasn’t an issue as Starling got us inside within minutes). Overall I would highly recommend the resort, especially if you are doing the preferred club.

Treated like a princess the whole way. Glad I signed up to be a preferred guest as I had an amazing butler to help me figure out anything I needed. The rooms were amazing and we had access to the other hotel Breathless as well. Would definitely go back the entertainment and food were Devine. Hospitality was incredible!

Loved the resort and amenities. There was so many pool and beach areas that we never had a problem finding a place to sit. Food was really good and carnival had a large variety. Only complaint about food is that we which the buffet was hotter. The drinks were great though. Only thing that we really disliked about the resort was the high pressure sales presentation and then feeling like the coupons and gift that we received after was misleading with way too much fine print. We were not the only ones to feel this way as we ran into another family that felt mislead about the spa coupons. The coupons limitations and exclusions for the spa and casino were very disappointing and we felt lied to. Sales guys also would not take no for an answer and we were there longer than were promised. Really left a bad taste in our mouths about Hyatt.

It was beautiful much needed vacation after nursing school. I celebrated my 33rd birthday with my cousin. It was the perfect balance of relaxation and turn up because of the sister breathless hotel. The preferred club was worth it. My butler Josue was awesome

High expectations given previous reviews but food is 3 star standard with a better variety at a Riu. Tips expected for every single interaction and it you don’t you may as well be invisible. Cleaners also come whenever they feel like it which isn’t necessarily through the day ??
