The best resort

The resort is wonderful. The staff very helpful. The food was Delicious. The entertainment staff, Minnie, Grey, Cinnamon and Dennis made our stay the best. Always making us feel welcomed and enjoying all the activities. Lots of things to Do.
Preferred Club is So Worth it!

We had a great experience! Resort is beautiful, food is good. We chose the preferred club private pool room and it was wonderful. We had our own private pool and Bali bed. We were also able to exit the room out the back door which was a huge perk because the room was right in front of the preferred adults only pool. The room category also came with a beach Bali bead for one day. Preferred Club was very worth it for adults because of the adults only pool and the proximity to the restaurants, including the special preferred club restaurant. Preferred club also came with a butler, ours was Angel. He is the best! He was very responsive and helpful with putting us on the waitlist for dinner and answering any questions we had. He even arranged a surprise for my birthday, which I greatly appreciated! Overall it was an amazing experience that I would highly recommend!
