There are not enough words to explain this place and the people. The food and the fun and the pools and the activities and the atmosphere are ALL the best things in life. JUST GO. You will be in heaven.

Barcelo Palace is a beautiful property with beautiful employees and lots of fun to be had. If you visit every year; the entertainment and nightly shows are the same and rarely change. Pool side entertainment is low key. If you want a foam party or music and shenanigans - this resort is on the "reserved" side. Very clean. GREAT beach. Hotel could use some maintenance and the nightly activities need a revamo !

Train your front desk employees to refrain from using the verbiage "credit" to guest when going over your room, when in reality is not a credit, its a trap so guest use the "credit" and at the end pay the outstanding balance, its more like a scam. Have some umbrellas for shade. Our room did not get clean for two days, we had to request towels twice. I see why this hotel has high reviews, the employees at the restaurant present an RQ code for you to scan it and kindly ask you to give them (the employees, not the hotel) a high review.

Horrible experience from staff being rude to shuttle bus drivers closing doors on you the food is bad no variety ate French fires and chicken nuggets all 5 days. The staff looks at you like you owe them something even if you tip them that dosent change their attitude I stayed at barcelo punta Cana so much better I love that place this one was the worst. The casino is horrible aswell.

Internet its free, right, but it doesn’t work!!! Food on the buffets it’s different in the same lobby, in Mirador you have better things than the other have, only opens later. The food it’s always the same, poor quality. On the rooms, the bar and snacks doesn’t always be refill with products. On the check in you don’t receive any information what you have included on the resort. And more things… forget, doesn’t worth the price.
