My family and I went to coral everyday and was greeted by the manager Agenor with a smile. Very welcoming environment and we loved the stay here

This was the 9th time we stayed at the Barcelo Maya Palace. Most of them where for 2 weeks. People are friendly (some do recognize us). Food is great with a lot of choices. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The landscape is mature and well maintained. Like I said, it's like home away from home !

We were super excited to try out this hotel after staying in their Mexico City hotel and trying a different on in the Riveria maya location. After staying there we were really disappointed and will not be returning to this hotel.

The food was not great at nearly every spot we went. We’d try to get lunch at 11:30 and found out lunch doesn’t start till 12 or 12:30 so we often had to eat breakfast twice with young kids.
