Great shopping expérience at the store Piscina Palace. Excellent service from Mrs Laura Gómez who took the time to listen to our needs and offered us many options to meet them. De plus elle a fait l’effort de nous servir en français, notre langue maternelle. Bravo!

Bad bad never again. What a bad time. What a shame to spend that much money and to have a bad time. Room smelled like pee

Family went on a tour (Tulum ruins and swimming in cenote, swimming with turtles) which was an amazing fun experience but all of us wound up sick in our stomachs the next day and had to spend the next day in bed. Property is beautiful but need to wake up at the crack of dawn to "reserve" loungers otherwise won't be able to sit by the pool or beach at all as these are all taken early morning and people keep them all day long even while never even being there. There are signs that say no reserving but the entire resort reserves so after 8 am there are no seats for the rest of the day. Once you learn to grab seats early it's fine, the pool is beautiful and there are fun activitie with an MC pumping everyone up all day long.

we. are here on our first day! this place is filthy. the plates are dirty, the glasses have lipstick on them & at 2:43 am we just got back to our room after being in the club dancing and having a good time, took a shower and got in the bed which was absolutely full of hair and dirt and filth. The most disgusting thing I have ever experienced in any hotel I've ever stayed at in my life. so now we're sitting here waiting for housekeeping to come change the sheets so we can get to sleep and they are nowhere to be found. The plates in the restaurant at Kyoto were absolutely disgustingly dirty. We had to have someone come with hot water and clean them. but ultimately, the worst thing in the world is to get into a bed after a night out, dancing after a hot shower and feel scratchy dirt all over your body, then to get up and then see this filled with hair dirt and filth.

We met an awesome young man named Eduardo at the palace. I suggest everyone ask for him at the front entrance at the Palace. He was so helpful to my husband and I and the family. We will miss him and hope to see him again real soon.
