Armenta arezzo the fives hotel and resort

Armenta was our server and we had excellent service!! He was accommodating to every need we had in ur group or 9 and made sure we knew that he was able to meet our needs for our first dinner! We had a lovely time thanks to his incredible service and contagious attitude. He made our experience at arezzo great.

Mixed experience

Well, I have mixed feedback about this Hotel. I liked the property, and the customer service was excellent; however, there were multiple areas for improvement. Positives - nice new rooms, building 15-21 - good shuttle service - super friendly staff - nice beachfront (could be better) - good pool Negatives - Poor experience with the assigned ambassador (the credit coupons were given a day before we were at almost the end of our 7-day trip) - We were asked by the assigned Ambassador if we were celebrating anything; we informed them, and we were told that they may arrange something, but nothing was arranged at all. When we booked the hotel, we did not expect, but since they asked, our kids had some expectations - Very poor checkout experience. We called the front desk at 11:15 am to help us take our luggage from Tower 19 to reception so we could catch our transport to the airport scheduled for 11:50. The golf cart did not arrive until 11:45 am. And when it did, it loaded our luggage and said that we have to wait, as they have one more guest to check out from the same building, resulting in delays, and we almost missing out transport to the airport - One-bedroom suites are not family-friendly, have no lockable doors at bathrooms, and have frosted glass, which makes it uncomfortable for parents/teenage kids - No spoons with soups and cereal - No labelling of food at Buffets, making it difficult for people with food restrictions - No change rooms by the beach and beach pool. Strange. They expect people to walk to rooms, from the pool to change. It's insane for people to walk/wait 15 minutes for a golf cart, only to change, when they are living in the new towers - Half of the beachfront is rocky, making the other half very crowded
