este hotel de lujo, tiene bastante por conocer. voy por partes habitacion: vaya cama que tienen, bastante comoda. Un baño muy bonito tienen de todo lo que puedas requerir para unas vacaciones increibles. restaurantes: comida deliciosa realmente deliciosa playa: sus caletas son muy bonitas albercas: muy grandes y con buen ambiente servicio: aqui si tengo un pequeño detalle en que se ve que el trato hacia el extranjero si es mejor que al mexicano, tienen mas atenciones hacia ellos. ** This luxury hotel has a lot to know. A very nice bathroom has everything you could need for an incredible vacation. restaurants: really delicious delicious food beach: its coves are very beautiful Pools: very large and with a good atmosphere service: here I do have a small detail in which it is seen that the treatment towards foreigners is better than that of Mexicans, they have more attention to them.

The best all inclusive!!!! We had an amazing, unforgettable stay at Xcaret. All staff members went above and beyond to help us every step of the way, whether with bags, services, merchandise, and information/recommendations. Namely, Cecilia greeted us warmly and offered us exclusive offers we appreciated greatly, make sure to see her to ask about activities, excursions, membership and other exclusive deals. Muchas Gracias, we can’t wait to make Xcaret part of all our trips. Truly the best all inclusive!

Wet bar Sebastian was the best bartender we’ve ever had! Being light to your day every day with a huge smile! Great man and super contagious high energy! Treated everyone great and welcomed everyone with lots of great tasty drinks all day long
