Beautiful resort, with service so bad it’s criminal! To call this place luxury is a beyond an overstatement. The concierge/butlers are totally useless. .

We went there and it was as good as we expected. No problem at all. Prices a bit high. What you want to watch out for is your ride over to the resort. They will wait until you get out and not unload your stuff. They will take off in a hurry leaving you standing there without your luggage.

Excellent place for family vacations. The hotel is gorgeous and the parks are wonderful. Everyone in our family had a blast.

We enjoyed our morning trips to the bar with Sebastian serving us. He helped my daughter with her spanish and was so friendly. He knew our orders by the end of the trip and remembered our names. Sebastian was the best bar tender in the whole resort!
