My first night at the hotel, I had an amazing experience with Sergio Cabello. He gave us the best service. The food was amazing. Sergio was very knowledgeable on all the plates described all the ingredients very well gave very good recommendations on your next trip ask for him. An amazing service the place had phenomenal views. I would give it a 100 out of 10.

We were upgraded to a beautiful sea-view room with a jacuzzi, which made our stay extra special. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were wonderful, and the hotel offers great dining options. However, the Wi-Fi connection was a bit slow at times. Despite this, we had a fantastic week. Highly recommended!

One of the best vacations we've had. The staff (housekeeping) and the hotel were amazing. Our butlers Rebeca and Alejandro were the best, they made our trip so easy and effortless, always willing to help. We'll definitely be back. Gracias por todo!

The food was superb from the type of protein to the taste. The installations of the hotel were flawless and the attention given by the staff was perfect. The only thing missing was probably more tv sport venue locations beside one bar. The previous could have been since I stayed in the family side of the Xcaret.

I’m a frequent visitor of Xcaret Hotels and every time I have a great experience and this last one was no exception. The service of the staff is impressive! Shout out to ?? Jimena Rodriguez, Beatriz Ugalde and Angel Arróniz who were our mayordomos during our stay and they were on top of things. Always asking if we needed anything and taking care of our reservations. I couldn’t walk a lot due to lack of energies and they got me a wheelchair and a person took me to the restaurant and back to my room. They accommodated to my needs and I really appreciate everything they did for us. We will for sure be back soon!
