Truly a unique resort. Great views. Stellar service. Probably one of the top service resorts we have stayed at. Katya Silvia, Alejandro Barrera, and Andres Alvarez took great care of us. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. From the front desk, to the hostess who greeted me at Fuego every morning when I got coffee on the go. Rooftop is top notch. Highly recommend the upgrade to Casa Fuego (which is adult only). There is plenty to do as well. We didn’t venture out as I was there more for work but we loved our trip just hanging out at the pool and enjoying the sun.

Xcaret Mexico is an absolute paradise! The breathtaking natural beauty, cultural richness, DELICIOUS gastronomy, and exceptional experiences made our visit unforgettable. Our family of 5 had a wonderful experience at Hoteles Xcaret. We DID NOT experience any negative encounters with staff. If anything, I felt that the hotel staff go out of their way to check on you. The only complaint I had was check-in, which took almost an hour, but the lady was so nice she offered a discounted room upgrade at Casa Fuego and I am glad my husband and I took it! We had 4 full days and the resort is so beautiful we opted to enjoy at least 2 days at the resort and 2 at the parks: Xenotes and Xplor. I recommend a spa day at Muluk spa-you won’t be disappointed! The food here is amazing. Even at the parks. The bars offer top-shelf liquor. I found all my drinks to be quite strong. I recommend a reservation at Ha’ and at least one dinner at Las Cuevas. There is a food choice for everyone – even picky eaters. You need water shoes at most of the parks and if you book Xenotes, bring money to tip your tour guide. Our tour guide was great.

Hotel Xcaret is unparalleled in the Caribbean and quite possibly unmatched by any other resort. The “all fun included” approach along with resorts that take a week to explore, provide activities and entertainment for all ages. The restaurants provide options for all and was fantastic. But what made our family vacation, was the staff. Teresa Valenzuela, Tania Sanchez, Adriana Garrido, Ivan Melendez, and Mauricio Capul took care of our group of 20 for 7 nights, and we had a lot of moving requests! They anticipated our needs, made suggestions to enhance our experience, and fulfilled our requests expeditiously. I hope we have this same team every time we come!
