They were friendly, the rooms were spotless.

Pros: This is a stunning property. Gorgeous views. So much to see and do. You should not get bored here. Pools are beautiful. We did not have any trouble getting chairs in the morning. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Service at Vida rooftop pool was outstanding because of the wonderful pool concierge. So sorry I do not remember his name. Also, Itchzel was a fantastic server. Hope I spelled her name correctly. Both were always smiling and kind. Raul at Chi was also excellent. He made our dining experience special. We also had a wonderful server at Monarca but I do not remember his name. Cons: We could not get dinner reservations for our large group although we put in requests 2 weeks prior to arrival. We did get a table for 4 at Chi once we arrived. Our mini fridge was not restocked, although I requested it 3 times within 36 hours. We were told they would be there in 10 minutes, but they never came. Finally called management because of fridge and reservation issues. He was very kind and helpful. Our fridge was restocked shortly after the call, although it was never restocked again. We had 6 rooms and 5 rooms had the same issues. Room service took 60-90 minutes. One meal never arrived. The manager did get our group reservations at 2 restaurants, for which we were grateful. Buffets were ok. They had the same food every night so that got old.

Roof top Casa Sol !!! Karla and Anallely were our host servers and everything was grear! Always keeping an eye on our drinks and food. Octopus ceviche and Shrimp ceviche were amazing!! Also mushroom quesadillas. Beautiful spot, the ambiance is excellent with live DJ and a beautiful pool

We had an amazing time. We left the rooftop pool and the service that was provided with excellent. Anallely always had a smile serving and make sure we were always taken care of.

Beyong Amazing!!!!! Food, service, details and overall all our experience in Hotel Xcaret Mexico was amazing. Im ready to go back
