We just got back from our trip to Hotel Xcaret Mexico for our destination wedding where we had almost 100 guests also stay at the resort as well. The wedding, in and of itself, was beyond what we dreamed and hoped it would be. But during our overall stay, we were made to feel extremely welcome, attended to, and taken care of. The three superb standouts were: Iván Meléndez, Adriana Garrido, and Mauricio Cupid who all were assigned to us as our butler crew for our 1-week stay. They worked seamlessly together in shifts consistently checking in with us via WhatsApp to make sure we had what we needed and if there was anything they could do to help or fix. They were able to quickly and easily help my parents adjust one of their activities reservations with other extended family members (and they were on their own separate resort reservation booking). They took care of me and my wife’s wedding suit and dress, respectively, handling the pickup and drop off for steaming. They made restaurant reservations for us swiftly. They took care of damn near EVERYTHING we needed. If R&R is what you need while on vacation, even while leading up to a big event like, oh, I don’t know, YOUR OWN WEDDING, Hotel Xcaret Mexico does not disappoint. Big shout out again to Iván, Adriana, and Mauricio. Dream Team right there ??????

Our trip was excellent. We felt like VIPs the moment we checked in. We stayed in the adults only section. It was so restful and quiet. Our room had a lanai that had stairs to enter the pool. We had a hammock to relax in. We had a Butler assigned to us during our entire stay. They helped with reservations and incidentals that needed attention. They were attentive and 5 star. I loved the grounds, their attention to details is mind blowing. I could go on and on. This was the best vacation I have ever had.

My husband and I were blown away with our experience we had at hotel xcarte On the fuego side. The resort is so beautiful and the parks are so much fun. We especially enjoyed the butler service! Our butlers Mauricio cupul, Adriana garrido, and Ivan Melendez were absolutely amazing! They were able to set up all of our restaurant reservations and anything else we did at the parks. They were all so kind and were the best part of our trip! We can’t wait to go back and visit!

Visited when they first opened. It was great. This visit has become and absolute joke. Garden view room all you can see is the top of a palm tree with no view. The house keeping room is across the room so it’s loud from 5am and on. The hot food was so cold I had to spit it out. Drinks are sub par at best. Had a maid burst into the room at 9:30pm while we were dead asleep on our travel day. Rooms are run getting run down. And someone even though we are spending 7 days the theatre restaurant is booked up every single day. We would have had to book it before ever getting on the plane. The rest of the food is atrocious and often cold. They tried to sit us in seats that were covered in bird poop. Save your money and go anywhere else. Not worth it.

Paola Borjas at concierge was the most helpful person to us during our stay!! She helped us during check-in, gave us a run down of the best restaurants and fun parks. She made sure everything was going smoothly for us during our stay. She helped us with booking our reservations for the parks and went above and beyond to make sure we were able to go to Xenotes. Ask for Paola at concierge she is the best!!! Thank you Paola for helping us so much:)
