I have stayed here over 10 times over th past 7 years, have brought 9 other guests "rooms" with me at times, and my extended family (5 rooms) once. It WAS my favorite resort in the area (obviously. BUT I WILL NEVER SET FOOT THERE AGAIN>. Now they are more focused on their. MEXICAN DESTINATION RESORT SCAM, where they lie to you about prebuying another stay for half price. SCAM. We rescinded the agreement within 2 hours. (Mexican consumer protection give your 3 days. They liars got away with it. SO F YOU. Xcaret Fraudsters

Amazing experience at this hotel.. there is everything to do there.. Alejandro Barrera, Juan Pablo Velasquez and Brandon Albavera were very attentive and helpful. Thr concierge staff was super nice and easy to get a hold off.. Honestly best hotel resort I have been to.. Highly recommend!

I stayed in the Garden Suite recently and honestly didn’t want to leave. The room was spotless like actually clean, not just “hotel clean” and everything felt really thoughtfully put together. You can tell they pay attention to the little things. The big windows looking out over the garden made the whole place feel bright and peaceful, and it was such a nice spot to wake up in every morning. The restaurants were another big win. Everything I ordered tasted fresh and really well prepared. Nothing felt rushed or generic. It was the kind of food you actually look forward to instead of just grabbing because you’re hungry. Breakfast, dinner… whatever it was, the food and service were consistently great. But honestly, the best part was the staff. Every single person I met was warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Not that overly rehearsed “customer service voice,” but the kind of people who actually seem glad you’re there. It made a huge difference and really elevated the whole stay. All in all, between the beautiful, spotless suite, the great food, and the amazing staff, this was one of the best places I’ve stayed in a long time. Highly recommend. And one more tip: a bunch of people told me to try Las Cuevas, but it was fully booked so if you want to go, make sure you reserve early!

We went to the international book fair accross the street and because of the hype about the chef from Barcelona, Gerard Bellver we had the buffet at Los Vitrales. Highly disappointing and mediocre buffet to say the least! Invited not to go back!

The resort is nothing short of amazing, but the staff is what makes the experience remarkable every time! From the concierge services to the exquisite food to accompany your adventurous days, there is never a dull moment. You are pampered from and attended to from the moment you arrive at the airport.
