We traveled to Xcaret as a family group of 10 people for 5 days. We were attended by the butlers BEATRIZ UGALDE and JIMENA RODRIGUEZ, they were excellent!! They made our vacation very pleasant, they made us feel at home. Thank you very much!! The New Year's Eve party was very organized and fun. We had a great time.

Sebastian at the pool bar by Mercado on Mexico side is amazing. Friendly and drinks are great. Pool and bar are very clean and well kept. Alcohol choices are premium choices like grey goose and don julio 100. I recommend this resort to all friends

SEBASTIAN at the bar by the pool has made this the most fantastic vacation ever. I cannot express how much of a blessing he has been and how wonderful he has been for over a weeks stay here in Cancun. He is the best of the best and I would recommend everyone and anyone come by to see him for a drink or even just a couple laughs. We will have to come back to see him as he has made this stay more than delightful.
