Pool bar and kids

Came here end of april. 1 kid and 2 adults. Fun animation for the kids. Mini show! My daughter loved Karla. She speaks french which was a plus for us :) We loved our stay! The pool bar with Eduardo, gustavo, antonio, guillermo and jesus! Great service !!!! Will come back :)

Absolute brilliant service can’t do enough for you Antonia . Alejandro Gustavo Eduardo Henry Maricela And rocio They have all been amazing bringing us strawberry margaritas and food paying special attention making you feel like a privileged guest This is my first time and won’t be my last.

Gustavo eduardo Antonio Hilda Henry Alejandro and Jesus are the best bar staff I have ever experienced in a hotel resort. The most welcoming staff everyday and always talk away to you and make the best cocktails I have ever tasted a real pleasure

Eduardo Gustavo Antonio Guillermo were the best bar tenders in the whole resort! They always made sure we had a drink in our hands with a smile 5 stars!

Poncho in the Bistro was the BEST! He took care of our party of five every day for breakfast and lunch. He made us feel like we were the only ones there and made recommendations as well! We all would recommend the resort and visiting Poncho while at the resort!
