Never been to Mexico before and didn't no what to expect, oh my god it turned out to be the best holiday, full of laughs, met so many great people from Canada and the UK. Hotel had everything you could wish for, room was great, cleaned everyday our maid was excellent! Great choice of food with Italian, Japanese, Mexican and Caribbean Grill plus the buffet restaurant. You had a choice of pools, we relaxed by the quieter one which had a bar, smoothie bar and ice cream parlour literally 5 mins from our room. Waitress kept you supplied with drinks of your choice through the day which was very much appreciated. Beach was ok but full of seaweed, which is not the hotels fault but they do there best to clear it every single day. For us the best part was going to the pool bar, Juan,Alan and Fransisco served what ever drinks you requested plus a few you didn't, shots lined the bar and people laughed talked and danced the night away, memories that will last a lifetime. For ‘The Three English Ladies’ this was the best holiday we have ever had! Nothing negative to say at all. Rooms made up every day, pools clean and tidy. Lovely food, all the staff are great. Evenings when the show has finished at 10pm head to the pool bar, meet with bar men, Juan and Francisco. They made our holiday! They keep the shots coming, the music is brill too. We would love to go back!

My stay at Ocean Coral & Turquesa starting May 5 was extremely disappointing. I’ve stayed at many all-inclusive resorts and have never experienced service this poor. The food was terrible and often inedible, forcing us to leave the resort multiple times just to find decent meals. Bartenders and servers frequently ignored us while helping others around us, which honestly made us feel uncomfortable and singled out because of the color of our skin. Housekeeping barely cleaned our room during the trip, and someone even entered our room while I was naked despite the privacy sign being on the door. My fiancé also tried coordinating an engagement proposal with staff, and no one followed through or helped make it happen. Whenever we raised concerns, staff responses were dismissive and unhelpful. Overall, this was a very frustrating and upsetting experience, and I would not recommend this resort.

I've never experienced such poor food at a Cancun resort before. When we tried to order what was on the menu (Route 66) it wasn't available. The buffet restaurant was poorly managed and half the food options were empty most of the time. No salad dressing for the large salad section and the meat and cheese section was warm which is concerning. I don't come to Mexico to eat pizza and burgers. Where are the tacos? Lots of salsa and dips but no chips; perhaps empty too. Struggled to find meals when the buffet was really our only option. Not paying $1000 more to make reservations with Privilege. The rooms are very basic but clean. Room service menu was very limited. Couldn't really have a meal that would fill you up just random things. Marble floors around the restaurants flooded and people slipped and fell every night we were there. Be careful. Our pool side server was fabulous but due to lots of rain and wind we weren't always able to stay at the pool without being cold. I would try any other resort before staying here; don't want a vacation with horrible food!
