39 minutes transfer from Cancun airport and on arrival you are offered a cold drink whilst the reception staff check you in. Monica was professional, smiling and provided lots of information and our bracelets which acted as the room key We were then transferred with our luggage by golf cart to our room Block 16, top floor, great sea views and right next to the pool plus a very clean room with 2 huge beds Fridge filled and refilled daily with soft drinks, water and 2 beers. Coffee machine easy to use and bathroom had hand soap, shower gel and shampoo along with lots of towels, face cloths, hygiene items and these were restocked Beach had some seaweed but staff cleared it using tractors and rakes every day Hated the towel game where customers were putting out beach towels to save loungers from 7am onwards and then disappearing for hours. Same thing at the 3 pools. Management should invoke their rule of moving towels if loungers were unused! We booked all the a la carte restaurants but the app was horrendous to use and bookings changed from 9am to 10am without any communication! Loved the Blue Moon and Sensai the best but also the buffet was great with lots if choice ( although a little repetitive) Breakfast could be busy so some mornings they use overflow tables in the Italian Evening shows were the usual dance, karaoke, stage shows. We liked the fire show and Michael Jackson night Mike's coffee shop was amazing with muffins, granola, fruit, croissants in the mornings and sandwiches and bagels plus scrumpy cookies in the day time. Amazing coffee too! The serving staff at all the bars were simply awesome. Always polite, smiling and professional. Marco and Franki behind the lobby bar were exceptional and the staff taking orders were very friendly and helpful. Shout out to Hilda, Idalia and Bernabe Tui rep was new to the resort but helpful when we needed him You are a long walk from the main road for convertible mini buses. Taxis were expensive Loved the raccoons, coati, and capybara on site plus the secure area holding the crocodile family!! Check out was easy and all inclusive continued until our mini bus arrived for the airport This resort is very accessible for those who needs scooters, sticks or wheelchairs with lifts and ramps to aid mobility issues Public toilets were spotless including those at the children's pool. Thanks very much to the cleaning teams Despite a few rainy days our stay was relaxing, fun and we enjoyed the resort which is much smaller than others we have used in previous trips to Mexico ????
Amazing!

Everything about the trip was amazing - rooms, food, atmosphere. Everything was super clean and staff were wonderful and very friendly. We upgraded to Privilege and it was worth every penny. Carlos, our butler was amazing and very helpful! Antonio was our server most days at the pool and was incredible. We actually looked for him everyday. Resort isn’t crazy big and right on the beach (fine sand) and was always clean. Lots to do for adults and kids. We’d go back in a heartbeat! Highly recommend.
Don’t come here unless you are prepared to pay for upgrades (which are normally covered at all inclusives)

We arrived Dec 1 and I have been disappointed since. We booked the ElBeso all inclusive garden view room. When we arrived we asked for an upgrade to ocean view. We were offered a “opportunity” to upgrade to Privledge for $55.00/person/night which we decided to do even though we thought we had already booked all inclusive. Adding 1500.00 CDN to our trip. We did not receive any upgrade to our room I.e. jacuzzi on balcony, bottle of wine, etc. After wasting most of our first day here sweating in the lobby, we were finally shown to our room. Garden view is a stretch to say the least. Not a flower in sight! Day 2 we were to meet our Air Transat rep. at 11 am to arrange return to airport. He didn’t show up until 1200. More wasted time. We were told at the pool that we were sitting in the wrong area and they made us move. I have never experienced segregation before. We were told we could upgrade our stay for $90.00 USD per day per person to have the “all inclusive “ that we thought we had originally purchased. I don’t mind paying for services but, I feel deceived and misled by the website. When I asked at the privilege desk, she said that they don’t put this information on the website. If we had known this beforehand, we would not have booked this resort. When I pay for an all inclusive resort package I do not expect to be dishing out thousands of dollars extra. Needless to say, we will not be booking with this chain again. Now that I have written this I hope to enjoy our remaining 9 days here. Not as relaxing as anticipated ??
