A blast of a time at OCT!

We had a wonderful trip to OCT. our butler Carlos was amazing and his assisted our group of ten with everything we needed. The pool waiter Ricardo was next level. A dynamo that loves his job and it shows in how he serves his customers. The pool concierge Jose took amazing care of us and our pool/beach time was smooth relaxing and carefree. That to those three and all the other staff at the resort.

This is the second Ocean resort we’ve attended and it didn’t disappoint! Carlos the butler ensured we had access to dinner reservations and the best pillows! Eduardo the server at Villa de Marina was attentive and gave us special toppings for our tacos. Ricardo who served drinks and food poolside and beachside on the Privilege side was such a hard worker! He never stopped!
