We just got back from the resort our butler Sebastian was amazing. He took care of everything we needed from making our dinner reservations to checking in with us everyday. The check in was easy and quick. We had 2 ocean front suites above the privilege restaurant which we used a lot for breakfast and lunch. It was shaded and about 75 feet to the water. The foot was really good and the waiters angel and many others made it fun. I have come back rested and recharged. See you in the fall for 2 weeks. Remember you can’t control Mother Nature. There is seaweed/seagrass. But it was cleaned up every morning and twice a day. We were in the ocean everyday. Can’t wait to go back

Jose pool concierge is excellent, friendly and smiling, so attentive. the towels are always available for you. He asks if you want water and keeps you topped up all day with ice in a bucket to keep it cool. Ricardo is amazing. He keeps your drinks topped up all day in the Privilege pool. Always friendly and helpful. Lovely to see his smiling face ?? They do anything to make your holiday perfect.

I had an amazing stay at Palace Long Hai Resort last weekend. The room was spacious, clean, and had a stunning ocean view. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help with a big smile. I especially loved the infinity pool facing the beach — perfect for sunrise and sunset photos. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a great mix of local and international dishes.

Best food Jose and Claudia at El Beso towel counter for Privilege client’s Very sweet best service, always saved our spot on the beach. Fun personality, English very good too. Claudia did a surprise for my birthday. Sebastian our Butler At privilege, Amazing very accommodating, very friendly and professional. Excellent customer service We will come back

The hotel experience was amazing! This is our second time at the hotel. We brought four friends who thoroughly enjoyed their first trip out of the United States. Service is exceptional. Our butler was Oscar who was very attentive and amazing. Claudia, Ricardo by the pool were amazing, everyone was exceptional!!
