Great time with friends and family celebrating our kids graduation. We enjoyed the resort and staff. The bowling was a big hit and everyone loved the Michael Jackson show. Special thank you to Oscar our butler who took care of our dinner plans, transportation, etc. He was there to help with anything we needed and always with a smile. Also, special thanks to Irving Escobar with Dive It Mexico who put together an awesome excursion for our large group. The privilege restaurant was our favorite for breakfast and the staff/bartenders are top notch.

Excellent check in process - we had 20+ people in our group with multiple flight arrivals and room arrangements. TANIA at checkin diligently worked to ensure the young adults were together and everyone was accommodated. She was AMAZING! She made the whole process smooth - thanks so much!

Amazing! Absolutely fabulous stay. Special shout it to Hilda who was one of the lobby bar waitresses total 5 star service! Also a shout out to Johnathon on the cocktail bar who makes THE most amazing cocktails! Huge resort with lots of places to dine in, so much choice!

I will set only the staff arrapun the pool bar and becha area are osome Antonio And Eduardo At chill out pool .Alejandro at pool bar is graet boy Gustavo Arroun the pool is very nice I love this beautiful hotel . I will come back again to the hotel Because the bartenders and weather are osome . .. they make the best drink arrapun Cancun

Salvador, our butler was extremely responsive and accommodating. We talked with him through “what’s app” every day to arrange and rearrange dinner reservations also pick up times for taxi’s. He was just all around very helpful and made our stay very relaxing. Adela our spa coordinator booked 2 massages for us with ease, she is so friendly and kind!
