Overview
Paradisus Playa del Carmen is an all-inclusive luxury playground catering to adults and children alike. The resort is located along the Riviera Maya’s prestigious Playa del Carmen enclave on Mexico’s eastern shore renowned for pristine white sand beaches and turquoise waters.
Book by March 15, 2021 for travel between January 4, 2021 and December 22, 2021 and receive up to $1500 in Resort credits. Stays of 4-6 nights will receive $550 in Resort credits, stays of 7 night or more will receive $1500 in Resort credits. Best trip ever!! With had the chance to be FC! And we had the chance to have Carlos as our concierge! If you have the chance to have carlos your stay will be even better! He always on your side taking care of you ??! The hotel is PERFECT staff is amazing! Will go back for sure!
Raccoon infested, Water leak & flooding from AC, Limited mediocre food options, not worth the price

Please do a favor and skip this one. This is overrated for the price. There are raccoon infestation and they will hurt you, you wont be able to enjoy even few minutes by the pool, they will be all over you, eating your food, unless you want to get sick, you wouldnt book in this place. Dining reservations are hard to get, they will deny you no matter how early you show up. Buffet is just one restaurant and its limited in options. Rooms were flooded, and even after 3 calls no one showed up. Drinks were watered down. Lowest quality you could get.
