Checking-In Ivan was great when we checked in as we arrived super late. He made it quick and seamless as he knew we were tired from traveling. Pool Liz and Tony for the pool activities were great and enthusiastic. We had a great time with their fun games! Pool Bar Fernando and Josue were amazing! They always had our drinks and shots ready every time we showed up to the pool. Teppanyaki Oscar Hernandez Alvarez was a great cook and provided a great experience Blue Agave Maria Sabina Sosa was amazing and she was very friendly and super caring to our needs. Flora Irving Lopez was great and he was also very attentive. Capella Francisco Arriagada at Capella the Italian restaurant was the best server he was very attentive and was very accommodating to all of our requests took the care and time to make sure we had at great experience.

Everything about this place was great. All the staff were super helpful and friendly. Wish we could have used the beach due to the sargassum. But would definitely stay here again.
