The Paradisus Roulette 'Roulette Room' is designed to extend great savings to those who are flexible on spending their vacation at one of two Paradisus Resorts in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. Better price than Sandals , but not as much entertainment

A great place to chill and relax. Family side kid friendly pools and a small but good water park. Adult side the gym, which is also good. Free drinks and food, both good. There is tipping but other than that, an inclusive resort. I didn’t see much in night time entertainment but they did have some daytime pool activities.

We stayed at the Paradisus La Perla at the reserve. We had a few days at the beach but we had the best time at the Reserve pool. Their service there is outstanding. Our favorite server was Alfredo. He greeted us like family every morning. He had our drinks ready and constantly refreshed. He was hustling all day and still had a smile on his face and truly made the experience. We also had amazing service by the pool bartenders Pascual and Josue. They made excellent drinks and we never had to wait! Our concierge Carlos was truly a delight. He had our dinner reservations handled immediately and always kept us apprised of the daily activities and events. He surprised us with champagne and a beautiful little cake on our anniversary and also had a beautiful bath run for us. He was so kind and truly took care of everything we needed. This our third time here and it has been amazing. We honeymooned here in 2013, came back again and did the reserve the first time in 2019. This is one of our favorite hotels and places to be. An amazing experience!
