Dinner at El Gaucho

We love Oscar! He delivered incredible service at our dinner at El Gaucho and fulfilled all of our needs. It was the best service we have ever received from an all inclusive resort. Highly recommend going to El Gaucho, great food and great service

The place was magnificent! The people, especially the Butler's of Villa 71, Michelle, Aranza, Jorch, and Ceaser at the pool were very attractive to our needs. All were very cordial. I would definitely make this a destiny to come back to and visit again!
Really wonderful experience.

Really beautiful hotel with amazing staff. Our room was gorgeous with a small private pool. The butler service made sure we had everything we need. Had a great time!

First time visiting this resort and give it a 10/10! The service from all staff was top notch for the whole trip. The rooms were always clean, great food and alcohol!

Very good resort. You will love the pools, but not the beach and water (rocky - sand socks needed). The staff are excellent and the food is very good with lots of variety. The sports centre is epic with lights on until 8pm. Shout-out to some special employees: At the Sports Centre - Victor and Gael were awesome. They taught us Archery and Shooting. At Helios - Alondra and Fernanda, the greeters, remembered our names and always had big smile. Guadalupe always remembered our favourite drinks and food. Lover her. At White Sands Buffet, Maria and Severiano were always happy to see us and chat with us. And a special thank you to our Butler, Alfredo. Fun to talk to and worked hard to take care of whatever we needed. Some details about our stay: This was our 2nd trip to Grand Palladium Yucatan. The first time we stayed at Colonial and loved it - big pool, near the beach with beach vball and lots of activities. This trip we stayed at TRS Adults Only. The ininity pool there is beautiful and it's also near the salt water pool. There is no beach at TRS, so it was always a long trip to get to the ocean, so we usually just stayed at the epic pool. We logged 12,000 steps each day to get to the beach, restaurants, and sports centre as it was tricky getting a cart that was going where you wanted. Other resorts have a specific schedule and dedicated routes. We loved that TRS gives you access to all the restaurants and buffets. The Grand Palladium App is also very useful for maps, restaurant times and menus, and activities. A couple of issues to note. The main issue is the beach and ocean water. There are only 2 small swimming areas as the rest is rock and coral. And this particular area of the Yucatan seems to have a lot more waves than other resorts we've stayed at. The resort is also an older mexican style with winding paths between resorts, a lot of natural foliage and mangroves. The strangest thing is a large lagoon between TRS and Colonial. It doesn't seem to add much value and requires bridges and meandering paths to navigate. TRS Costa Mujeres has a similar feature but had boats to take you to other parts of the resort. It also featured fountains and laser shows for entertainment. This lagoon is just, there. Maybe add some fountains? But you won't go wrong booking this resort. We've stayed at about 7 resorts in the Yucatan (Barcelo, Gran Bahia, Sandos, H20, Princess, and Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres . I would give this one a 7/10. Our favourite, Barcelo - been there 3 times.
