By far a 10 for all of us. Had a great time with our adult children. The food was so good. No complaints at all. I would defiantly go again

Overall we had a great time. The resort is definitely big, but it’s hard to visit everything unless you are staying for multiple days. All of the staff were very nice! If you show respect and curtesy they will do the same. There is not much night life if you are looking for a party. Nighttime is only fun at the bars or the adult pools, especially if you come as a group or meet new people along the way. They do have a sports bar that’s open 24 hours but you have to make your own fun at night. It’s definitely quiet in there. We were not too impressed with the food. I understand that they have different ingredients and a different way of cooking things compared to the US. compared to what I would’ve eaten at home it did not taste the same in Mexico. Just be mindful of what you eat I should say. Some days my stomach did not feel well. Lastly the mosquitos were out of control but we can’t control that. Be prepared with lots of bug spray !

TRS hotel was absolutely amazing! I wasn’t excepting it to be this amazing. The staff is incredibly friendly. Our villa butler was always available to our needs and wants. The entertainment provided was outstanding. Every night there my husband and I had something different to do. The food was incredible. Tastes from all around the world. I highly recommend this resort. If you go, don’t forget the Spa! It’s worth the extra bucks.

The customer service here is great,the food is delicious. I definitely recommend Gaucho steak house!Best experience and best food by far.The manager Manuel and the chef Juan Pablo were so attentive during our meal.Best part of experience!

We loved our time at TRS Yucatan for our honeymoon! The butler service was exceptional, special mention for Eric (at block 70). All the staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble and they all provide an excellent level of service. The variety of drinks and foods available is very good and means there really is something for everyone. The rooms and the hotel as a whole is very clean and well maintained throughout. Would definitely recommend staying at this hotel!
