We got skipped a couple times at the check in. the guy ignored us, which was frustrating. but Jorge made everything better!! Totally worth it to upgrade and have an amazing butler and go to the show!! Chic Cabaret was amazing and HIGHLY recommend, best show ever at a resort- with Alejandro as the best server!!!

food options and quality are less than average for such a luxurious hotel, if you don't eat pork then don't stay here

TRS Yucatan is a more natural setting (not gardens) with beautiful modern accommodations and pools. Those seeking a peaceful resort to unwind will not be disappointed!

Great trip with family and friends! The ambassador suite was simply extravagant- rooftop pool and ocean view was splendid! Our butlers Miguel, Francisco, and Roberto were exceptional - kind, friendly, helpful - made us feel like special guests. Adela at the PTC beach was the best with her consistent smile and service. The Rock Experience show was amazing and the performers were energetic and talented! Just wow! We’ve been travel club members for over 14 years and this was the best trip as far as customer service and accommodations. Also Karla at the travel club made reservations and plans easy. Thanks to all the staff! You were fantastic!!!

This resort is great! Our butler's sent us a schedule of events each day and we really enjoyed that because we were able to participate is most activities. Be sure you know what is going on so you don't miss out!!
