Wonderful hotel giving you access to the many facilities on the complex.

Gorgeous surroundings, fantastic staff and facilities. TRS has the most beautiful and peaceful beach in an adult only area with great food and bar options provided by attentive staff. The seaweed is an issue at this time of year, not their fault and did their best to clear it. Restaurants all very nice with a wide range. The wildlife is incredible and fun to watch the animals at play and being cheeky. We would definitely stay here again if visiting Mexico in the future, we wouldn’t normally stay anywhere twice but here we would.

Holiday ruined by poor customer service.

What started off as a dream holiday, the majority of the staff were amazing. However three days in I unfortunately was violently sick in the middle of the night. Hadn’t drunk any alcohol, only water so no idea what caused the sickness. Rather than disturb the staff I cleaned the room myself. Unfortunately I only had towels available. Spent the next day in bed still feeling sick. The cleaner came to the room and removed the towels. Within a matter of hours I was text that I would be charge US$100 for a deep clean of the room. The text suggested that the deep of room had taken place when I vacated the room to get some fresh air. Clearly on checking this had not been done. I questioned this and was informed that the charge was for the towels and a deep clean on departure. Feeling this was rather excessive I spoke to a member of management who quoted the email verbatim. Not happy I accelerate my complaint and was assured that I would back within two days. Seven days later when I still hadn’t heard back I visited reception again to chase up. I was told that manager dealing with my query wasn’t available. I left my details again and eventually an appointment was made with the manager. He then reiterated everything from the email and made it clear that the charge would remain. Whilst I expect a small charge for the cleaner of the towels a deep clean should happen between all guests using each room. This experience has soured what would have a dream holiday. Such a shame. Appalling customer service from the manager.

Daniela, Pedro, Donald and David from the POP-Team and Manuel from taco cooking class absolutely amazing people! Amazing service, alot of fun, good drinks and delicious food! Can recommend everything! Thx guys for everything! You guys are a gift for the hotel! ????

Truly heaven for nature lovers

Can’t recommend this resort enough. I think about it almost daily. The atmosphere is so amazing. The nature and walking paths and service are top notch. Special shout out to our butler Jessica and our server at the Chic cabaret and private ceynote dinner Alexis Colin.

They won’t stop selling you stuff

Always being solicited. Arrived at the hotel, was sold a Palladium Travel Club Package for $150/person to have early check in, room was late… went to eat, continuously sold on wine bottles.
