Beautiful hotel - and the service from our Butlers Magee & Maykent was next level from beginning to end. Made the holiday effortless and we will 100% ask to be allocated to them when we come back!!

Service by butlers Maykent and Mayfar were great. Service by the from Lucians also was excellent. Food was good. They need to have better maps to get around. Overall nice place

The onsite experience was exceptional - our butlers Daniel, Antonio, and Francisco did everything they could to make our stay problem free. It is a beautiful facility/location , the food was very good and we would love to go back.

Great resort property wise however it's hard to navigate within the grounds. All inclusive is not necessary true and we had upgraded amenities. Not much to do on the property unless you want to relax and do nothing which is what I wanted o do. My husband and I met some wonderful people.

Everything was excellent. The staff went out of their way to do things for you. The food was great at all of the restaurants. The grounds were clean and well maintained. Gabriel and Paola were our butlers and they were great. The pools were lovely.
