Fantastic experience and brilliant service throughout! Hector was brilliant!

Our butler's Gabriel and Maggie were brilliant, they made our stay fantastic and couldn't do enough to help. In fact every member of staff around the complex were helpful and friendly as well.

We will definitely be back here! Great atmosphere, food was amazing and great accommodations. Many options to spend each day or just relax at the pool or beach.

What a wonderful vacation! Everything from hotel transport through check-in was streamlined and luxurious! We stayed at the TRS adults only portion of the resort and could not have been happier! The food options were vast and delicious. The rooms very nice and spacious! Our Butlers Maggie & Gabriel made booking and confirming reservations and a guys total breeze! They were pivotal during our stay as the property is HUGE so they always answered any questions quickly! All in all if your looking for a romantic location with a fabulous infinity pool over looking the ocean (game changer for us especially with the seaweed front coming in) to enjoy the pool while still heating and seeing the ocean was a treat :)
