improvement of facilities

The room facilities are too old compared to what is seen from the outside. And when there was a problem with the room, the response was too late and it was abandoned for two days. Expectations were too high for the price, and the disappointment was even greater.

Jorge Gonzales, Benjamin, amayrani, Luis Balam, and Ramses were our servers at Gaia bar and they were all fantastic! Great service, excellent cocktails, super attentive, and very friendly. We’re here for my boyfriends birthday and they made his entire day so special! Give them a raise!!!

Gaia Bar - Jorge Gonzalez Benjamin, Amayrani, Luis Balam, and Ramses - All fantastic servers! They took great care of us. They are the best! We really appreciate them. Definitely recommend this place.

Gaia bar has the best cocktails!!! The staff is so awesome- Jorge Gonzalez , Benjamin , Amayrani , And Luis Balam !! The music is great, the drinks are always out fast and taste the best! Awesome service
