Great stay, the grounds are beautiful, pools great, lots of food options but what makes this place even more special is the amazing staff. Jose and Miriam in the Avenue bar are the best. Jose has been serving us since 2017, always so friendly and knows his stuff behind the bar. Goes above and beyond to get you what you want. We Miriam for the first time this year but she is my new fave, hooking me up with one of my fave things in Sandos, but the most amazing thing about her is her beautiful smile, it is a smile that just makes you smile. Only bar we ever hang at because of these 2.

This resort is by far the worst resort my wife have been to and we have been to many all inclusive resorts in the Caribbean. The place is in disrepair everywhere you go. One elevator works out of 3 in our building. Our ocean front room had a ceiling fan that wasn't adjustable with no chain, the ac would not go below 23 degrees Celsius. Our second room the toilet valve broke, the TV signal was terrible and most channels would not tune in. We notified them early morning to fix and it is 4:30pm! The food overall is not good and we don't recommend this place.

Ricardo was amazing! We had a huge group and they were able to accommodate us. All of our food came in a timely fashion and was delicious. Ricardo was fast and made sure do check in with us for all three courses. I personally had the Lobster Bisque, salmon and chocolate mousse and would order all three again… Definitely recommend!!!

Very big and beautiful resort. The staff are the best, always friendly and happy to help with anything. Bartender Ramon at the pool bar was our favorite. Very nice beach, although there was quite a bit of seaweed. The mexican and the italian restaurants had the best food.

Cecy, Melqui, and Julio were so amazing! Had a wonderful time at the pool bar! They were so personable and great energy! Can't wait to come back!
