This is my 3rd time coming to this resort and it keeps getting better and better every time, everyone is so friendly, the pools are clean and nice, the food is really good, you will never get bored they have entertainment all day long for all ages and water sports are included, me and my son tried the sailboat and kayaking we have a blast, we get archery lessons (special thanks to Luis) he was our instructor very nice and patient with my 8 year old son, they have a nice gym if you are into the fitness life but if you’re not Luis will assist you, drinks are decent, in general everything is nice wildlife amazing, is definitely the place you want to visit on your next vacation,

The resort is very basic but clean . Issues : 1) Time share / members club whatever they want to label themselves have been authorized by management to not only call the rooms but they also provided our personal information i.e our names . Highly unacceptable and a breach of privacy . 2) No bottled water A jug is provided so that you can refill water from a fountain in hallway of rooms. It's acceptable and it would be better to provide more jugs and more water stations . 3) Water smell of sewer . If you run your water shower or tap a distinct odor of sewer. Been to Mexico many , many times and although the water isn't potable we have never detected sewer odor . Staff aren't that friendly more robotic in their functions. Respectfully we never expect friendliness as we realize staff job satisfaction is based on management. Bad management equals unhappy staff . We are still here on Day three and hoping we don't develop stomach issues with water . Definitely not recommending this resort .
