Not only was the service great, the room we upgraded to had a balcony w a beautiful view of the city. We had so much fun 4th of July weekend here at the roof top pool/Jacuzzi. Although I must say, getting it in on the balcony was the real 5 star experience.?????

Great location , close to union square. We loved the roof top bar , the views are gorgeous and drinks are good too. We were a bit confused over the credit appointed to use at the cafe , it wasn’t explained very well. On check out the receptionist told me none of our stay was paid and asked me to pay in full ( our trip was all booked and paid in advance via travel agent months previous ). Altough i showed proof it didn’t seem to matter , in the end it got sorted but it was a slight negative as I was under time pressure to check out.

Great overall experience in a very "corporate" hotel. Nothing special but Union Square is a good area - just don't walk a few blocks west, or you're in the Tenderloin and all the attendant grit, grime, and homelessness. The hotel staff are very kind and helpful.

Slowest check in service ever expirienced. Also long wait for checking out! Romms nice and clean but rock hard uncomfy beds. We called housekeeping twice to get towels (hit three but booked four people). Toilet clogged, but no respons after calling housekeeping. Cards to room should also open gate in garage but the staff had not made the correct programming. We did not get out or in from garage wo asking for help. Will not return. Very expensive hotel but bad service. Not even the bartender was very polite. The breakfast was however good, and the waitors excellent.

I felt safe and cared for the entire trip. Staff was friendly and willing to accommodate. My first room was dirty but they quickly attended to my needs and upgraded us. They had a lot of accessible water on spot. Public transportation was close and easy to access. Security was also onsite which helped feel safe. The location did have a homeless population but only on certain parts of town the rest was fine. Good restaurants around. Will definitely return.
