Following American Hotel & Lodging Association's (AHLA) recent announcement of its "Safe Stay Guest Checklist"—and following medical expert guidance to help reduce the spread of COVID-19—all Hyatt hotels in the U.S. and Canada will require face coverings within indoor public areas beginning Monday, July 27, for the foreseeable future.
Public areas may include hotel lobbies, meetings and events spaces, restaurants and bars, and fitness centers. Some guests may be exempt from this mandate, including but not limited to guests with medical conditions, guests consuming food or beverages in restaurants, and children under the age of 2.

Stayed one night just to get away. Lucked out on a balcony room overlooking the harbor. Beautiful views.
Rooms were clean and comfortable, service was unimpressive

The room was comfortable and clean, perfect for our family of 4. Customer service was rude and dismissive. Cafe downstairs has expensive coffee that you have to self serve from a machine and it tasted terrible and the employee manning the register seemed like he wanted to be anywhere else than helping customers. You can stay somewhere else less expensive where you won’t be treated like an inconvenience.
