Following American Hotel & Lodging Association's (AHLA) recent announcement of its "Safe Stay Guest Checklist"—and following medical expert guidance to help reduce the spread of COVID-19—all Hyatt hotels in the U.S. and Canada will require face coverings within indoor public areas beginning Monday, July 27, for the foreseeable future.
Public areas may include hotel lobbies, meetings and events spaces, restaurants and bars, and fitness centers. Some guests may be exempt from this mandate, including but not limited to guests with medical conditions, guests consuming food or beverages in restaurants, and children under the age of 2.

Good place - Everything we expect from Hyatt

Hotel has a very unique architecture inside. The location is perfect. Rooms were large with a work desk. Breakfast, mid day, and evening snacks had a good blend and variety. The revolving seating provide an nice view. Just outside BART station. Everything we expect from Hyatt brands.

Room was small but we had a terrific view. Was a bit cramped when arriving with very large suitcases to embark on a cruise. No wardrobe either so we had to stack suitcases on top of each other on the only real sitting area. When we needed to open suitcases had to put them on the bed to open them up. A bit disappointing for the beginning of our trip to the US. We were told we had no wardrobe but we had arrived from Australia early in the morning and didn’t quite understand. Hotel location was terrific! Would stay here again …but not in a room this small.
