Active Advisories
Following American Hotel & Lodging Association's (AHLA) recent announcement of its "Safe Stay Guest Checklist"—and following medical expert guidance to help reduce the spread of COVID-19—all Hyatt hotels in the U.S. and Canada will require face coverings within indoor public areas beginning Monday, July 27, for the foreseeable future.
Public areas may include hotel lobbies, meetings and events spaces, restaurants and bars, and fitness centers. Some guests may be exempt from this mandate, including but not limited to guests with medical conditions, guests consuming food or beverages in restaurants, and children under the age of 2.

friendly staff; club on the top floor offers the best experience among many Hyatt locations; the sofa bed needs to be replaced
Excellent location!

All staff we encountered were exceedingly friendly and helpful. Our room was great. Very clean throughout the hotel. The hotel location is very, very convenient for walking to nearby popular destination. One drawback is the Regency Club. Great Bay views atop the hotel in the rotating Regency Club lounge, however, the continental breakfast food was very underwhelming for the extra cost, to say the least. Powdered scramble eggs in a 4 star hotel lounge? Save your money on the Regency Club. Overall a good experience.
