Jeff Aquino the concierge here was absolutely amazing. He answered all of our questions, had great insight on food and places to go in the area. Amazing customer service, we will be coming back specifically to have him as our concierge again!

had a wonderful experience at The Westin St. Francis in Union Square, San Francisco. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the city with easy access to shopping, dining, and iconic landmarks. A special shoutout to Jeff Squino at the concierge desk! Jeff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help. Whether it was local recommendations or tips to make the most of our stay, he went above and beyond with a warm smile and professional charm. The hotel itself is beautiful, combining classic elegance with modern comfort. From the grand lobby to the well-appointed rooms, everything was clean, stylish, and welcoming. I’d gladly stay here again and highly recommend it—especially thanks to amazing staff like Jeff who make the experience truly memorable.
