If only it was the 1960’s

Sadly the Westin is a tired and dated hotel. The room was ok but the bathroom was terrible. Gym has largely old equipment too. Bar was closed while they renovate so a temp one was set up in a room! Feels like this place is a shadow of its former glory.

Checked into The Westin and am already feeling welcomed! Jeff Aquino from the Concierge had been super helpful, and treated every guest with utmost hospitality. His smile and laughter was contagious throughout the entire conversation. This service level is what makes a hotel stand out from the rest. Thanks Jeff!
