The staff were amazing & nothing was too much for them. It’s a nice sized relatively small hotel with a great relaxing atmosphere. The food & drinks were very good. It’s a short ride to the beach on the shuttle bus which runs hourly. I’d definitely recommend this hotel for couples

the staff from maid to manager were all very helpful, all requests dealt with quickly, the food variety was limited, but freshly cooked and excellent quality, rooms clean and serviced daily, but could benefit from a chest to place clothing for people who have more than one week stay, grounds well kept, pool area clean and plenty of sun loungers, poolside loo conveniently placed, WiFi speed good, an excellent holiday i would recommend this hotel and would certainly stay there again

The staff here are simply fantastic, from great bartenders in Arnold and Shawn, to a wonderful chef in Warren, to a brilliant team of waiters/waitresses in Nilja, Shem and others, they are first class - extremely helpful, polite and providers of great services. The pool is large and clean and there's plenty of space, the food very good and varied enough not to get bored easily and the shuttle bus and other services/amenities highly useful and interesting/enjoyable respectively. Highly recommended!

Everything about this hotel is amazing. Repetive food for a vegan but the chef is amazing and he will cook you a perfect dish Staff amazing like been with an extended family. A place where anything you need or want the staff will.make sure they can help

It's a good place to stay for a reasonable price, room are clean and comfortable. The pool is located in an open location so not much privacy. The breakfast is great with a local flavor. A few small items needs repairing the room. But all in all a good experience.
