Great staff -- very friendly and helpful! The rooms were adequate and the facilities are in need of some maintenance. However, overall we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this property to others.

From arrival to departure the staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing. Thank you to all of you - Arnold, Shawn, Shem, Narisa, Curtisha, Onieka , Darius, Bradley, chef Paul, Ms Marshall (I’m sure I’ve missed people- apologies) you make a 3* hotel a *5 experience. We came for our anniversary and they made it really special. The shuttle bus to the beach was great. Ran every hour and if they were late reception we’re calling them to request they come and within moments they were there. The noise from the bar is minimal the bar outside the back of the hotel was noisy for a few nights but it was Easter so they were celebrating. Food was excellent- different options every night. Well prepared and fresh. Tried lots of different things . We can’t wait to return here.

My sister and I loved our week here! The staff could not have been more accommodating, my sister has additional needs and the amount of time and care everyone gave to make her feel special was amazing. So thank you, Curtisha, Narisa, Shawn, Shem, Arnold, Francois, Marla, Varnessa, Onieka, Darna, Ms Deborah Swarts, Mrs Yatsuri Marshall and anyone else I may have missed! My sister and I both have coeliac disease and care was taken to make sure we always had options at meal times, though many items were naturally gluten-free. Nothing seemed too much, with Curtisha even helping me with being the easter bunny to make the day special for my sister. We did have some difficulty with an excursion pick-up I had booked online, however, the staff at reception helped me sort this out when I was struggling to contact the rep myself. I know other guests booked their trips directly through the hotel so I would recommend doing this instead. The shuttle busses made it incredibly easy to use the facilities at the other Bay Gardens properties, as well as making it easy to get into town on days it was too hot to walk, the marina is also opposite so there are lots of options to get out and explore. We had read other reviews before our arrival which mentioned the beds, however we found them very comfortable. In terms of noise, the bar on site shuts at a reasonable time so this did not keep us awake, however over easter weekend a bar nearby did play music loudly, though this is of no fault of the hotel and did not happen every night. The premises are kept beautifully clean, we never struggled for a sun lounger and as cat people we enjoyed watching the kittens play in the morning. My sister has not stopped asking to go back since the moment our airport shuttle arrived, and I could not agree more.

we were told that we were getting a room for a day pass. Upon arrival the front desk agent told us tht all rooms were occupied and we're not able to get any rooms. Why weren't we told getting a room isn't guaranteed when we called? Secondly we waited 30-40mins to receive our lunch.my spouse and I were quite disappointed with our experience and won't recommend this hotel to anyone .
