Good little hotel for a short stay
SherylL5 (London, United Kingdom) on Dec 13, 2025
Its quite a basic and small hotel but adequate for a short stay. The rooms are a little a bit dated but clean. The bed sheets and towels need to be updated they seem worn. The staff are very nice and friendly. the check in was quick and uncomplicated. The pool area is nice and clean place to relax. Nice perk was the complimentary drink and access to the other sister hotels and their facilities. The location is great as well. We appreciated the helpful security staff. Overall we would recommend if you have reasonable expectations.
Great Experience, But the TV Needs an Upgrade

Overall, my stay was very enjoyable. The location was great and the atmosphere around the property was exactly what I was looking for. The room itself was 100% clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The only downside was the TV, which was noticeably below standard and didn’t support any modern features or streaming options. Aside from that, everything else met or exceeded expectations.

Lovely stay

We have been back from staying at this hotel a couple of weeks now. Firstly, it is a lovely small hotel and it is our second time staying there, however, things have changed in how the all-inclusive works so I would bear this in mind when booking it. You can only eat and drink with the all-inclusive at this particular hotel. You can’t use your all-inclusive at all in any of the sister hotels. (even though you used to be able to). On arrival we were given a sheet with information on and it said as fully inclusive TUI guests we could have 2 lunches and 2 evening meals at the sister hotel on the beach. However, when we tried to do this, they said it no longer was available. We did manage to get one lunch and one evening meal but only after our rep got involved and we were given some compensation. Left a slightly bitter taste though. There is a shuttle that takes you to the beach hotel, running every hour, but you either have to buy your food and drink from down there or take things in a cool bag. The organisation of lunch for the beach was difficult. You have to do this before 7.30 the night before and twice we missed the bus because even reminding multiple times, it just wasn’t ready. Once there was no cool bag available, so it isn’t always easy. Sometimes the food was fine but the sandwiches could be hard or soggy and so it was a bit hit and miss. Aside from this situation, the hotel itself we really enjoyed staying at. We had a lovely room with tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge which had some drinks in when we arrived. Bed comfortable and shower absolutely great. We were on the 2nd floor so had a window at the top that didn’t have a curtain, so very light early on. Safe and iron as well. The staff on the whole were very lovely. The serving staff such as Gertrude and Eufamia were amazing, you always knew things would run very well when they were working and they are so friendly. Arnold was brilliant at the cocktails and usually anticipating what you wanted and Jimmy so great as well. The younger staff weren’t always happy and reception often didn’t pass messages on so it was a little frustrating. Overall, we enjoyed the food. We didn’t realise till near the end of our stay we could have requested other food options. Communication isn’t the best really. They have a mixture of a la carte (choice of 3 starters and 3 mains) and buffet on different days. Often you would wait 45mns for any food and one lunchtime they had a big group of visitors in the restaurant so our food took even longer. The pool was lovely but there are no parasols for shade and not that many tables and chairs to sit round in the evening. We only had managers cocktail party the first week. The second week there was absolutely no entertainment on at all, even though it was on the weekly plan. The sister hotel at the beach is lovely and the staff there all very friendly when you arrive on the shuttle. When we had the meal there one night Candy was so amazing organising our special anniversary evening. A bit of a kerfuffle organising taking a bottle of wine with us though. We had to take it from our hotel to have with our dinner! The food is very special though and the menu excellent, so much choice. The beach is beautiful and plenty of beds and umbrellas but never crowded. There was noise when we were there as building an extension to the beach hotel but it was fine. You do get a little hassled by jewellery sellers and trip organisers but didn’t carry on the whole holiday. You get free access to the sports equipment without motors and there is a gym as well in the middle and beach hotels. The letter we were given on arrival said we couldn’t use the pool at this hotel, but our rep said we could and it is a great pool. Highly recommend going to the marina for a drink which is about 10 mns walk (not too expensive) and Friday night street party is 15 mns walk and an excellent experience. I am not sure I would go back again due to the limiting food and drink situation. I can’t understand why there can’t be more flexibility. We were told that all the hotels had their own budgets. However, if you are a resident in any of the other 3 hotels you could always come to our hotel to eat or drink. So, seems like that isn’t completely the reason why.
