My stay at bay gardens was the best. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The food was very very delicious. The all inclusive package consist of many great things such as access to the other resorts where you can dinner at and water park access and so much more wonderful things. The room was very tidy and well decorated. I would totally recommend travelers to book their stay at the bay gardens Marina haven.

Fantastic all round experience - the staff at this Hotel were exceptional and really made the holiday. The free hourly shuttle service picking up/dropping off at two sister hotels was an added bonus. .

DO not book here unless you want to be scammed I had a horrible experience at this hotel from start to finish the rooms are average at best and the staff are slow and have no idea what there doing even the manager is clueless just so unprofessional.

Where do I even begin? Continued my birthday and everything was amazing I had an all-inclusive package, so the drinks were flowing, shout out to shame at the bar, never a dull moment.. The staff were super friendly nothing but good energy. Shout out to my girl onicka, amazing personality and top Notch customer service.. Arnold from the restaurant was so patience and helpful and also has a great smile. Not forgetting Joel, such a jovial and charming Your Man. Thanks to everyone of you ??... I highly recommend ?? ??
