200 letters is not enough to express my disappointment! AC went out in room no regency to fix????

This resort was a big disappointment! My girl Trip 2024 was not what we expected! Unfriendly female staff in lobby. This resort failed with adult only entertainment and provided the bare minimum in comparison to other resorts that I’ve visited ????

Great resort and staff. The beach is beautiful and watching the planes land is awesome. The food was good (the Italian resto was the best). Resort is well located to do activities outside the resort. We also did day visits to Anguilla (from Marigot) and St Barts (from Philipsburg). Highly recommend it!
