I enjoyed the stay - my second time at the resort. Good food, nice room etc. I tried Azul Expereience. All good! There were a couple of issues (one was my own fault) but thanks to the great customer service provided by Ms.Onicka Williams (Front Desk Manager) all was resolved. She went out of her way to assist. Bravo!

The resort was beautiful and breathtaking. Room was beautiful also. Variety of food was amazing and the drinks were too. Staff were friendly and very helpful. No long lines or long wait for food or drinks. The beach was perfect. The weather was just right for me... not too hot. My only issues were that the bed was uncomfortable, the resort had free roaming cats in the dining areas outside and the property didn't cater to guest that needed sugar-free/low sugar foods and drinks.
