This Hotel was nice and the workers made my moms and my experience even greater. I would like to acknowledge the following people: Emilio, Loyla, Alexandra, Jalisca and Sharon in the Buffet area. Mickel at the swimup bar was also great. Thank you for all of your hospitality, me and mom will be coming back ??

We visited Sonesta 4/4-4/8 and the hotel itself was nice BUT, the music from the club directly underneath the hotel was unbearable. Blaring music until 4am, EVERY SINGLE MORNING. Absolutely no sleep and no rectification in sight. We went with a large group (300+ and there was another large group maybe 200 people) which the hotel was not prepared for. Waited way to long for drinks, couldn't eat at the All-Inclusive restaurants due to 1-2 maybe more hour waits. So mostly we had to eat out and pay for what was supposed to be included. So, I would not recommend unless you plan on staying out at the Club until 4am.
