Rooms were very clean and service was excellent! Angela and Thaimi were so warm and friendly! The resort was clean, the food was delicious and all you can eat buffets just made the experience even better. Would recommend this resort to all my friends and family as there is something to do for everyone!

My wife and I, sister and brother-in-law spent a week relaxing and taking in the resort and all it had to offer. All-inclusive is the way to go and you are treated great with food, drinks and great staff!! Ocean Point is truly an upgrade with service and hospitality. One of the best was at Azul Restaurant, Jenneal provided personal service, engaged with us, witty humor, recommended both food & drinks. She was like family and enjoyed each other's company on multiple visits during the week. This young lady will be long remembered and can't wait to visit again!!

Beautiful resort. Great experience for me and my wife as n our honeymoon. Amazing people and workers in and out of the resort. My favorite restaurant was portofino. Great service and food and very nice scenery. We had the pleasure of being served by rhianna and mateline and helped by Dawn. Amazing people. They deserve a raise!!!

We recently returned from Sint Maarten staying at the Sonesta Ocean Point and had such a wonderful time we just needed to share it! My girlfriends and I went on our 40th birthday trip mid May. When looking ahead at the weather we were afraid the long weekend was going to be a wash but we were pleasantly surprised with it only raining one day! The hotel itself is beautiful, the pools are relaxing and the food and drinks were delicious! We want to shout out a few people we met who made our trip so memorable: Charlie: he was the first bartender we met and was great! We made sure to stop by and say hello to him whenever he was working Stephanie: she knew how to make a perfect margarita! She was our bartender on the rainy day and made sure to keep the drinks flowing for us! She was awesome! Dominque (Dee Dee): We met DeeDee at Bluefin for dinner and instantly loved her! So young, so much spirit and just so wonderful! She was a one woman show at Bluefin while they were short staffed. She made sure everything was perfect and had such a great sense of humor! We made sure to go to Portofino the next night and specially asked for her! Kenton: He let me be a guest bartender! He was also great, super friendly. Sheryl: She was a riot!! She was our bartender at one of the pool bars and she kept us coming back each day! She was so funny, kept the drinks going and was just so much fun. Other hotel amenities I want to mention were the gym. Very clean, big with lots of equipment and really nice! Each restaurant we went to the food was amazing. I’ve done other all inclusive resorts and the food can be hit or miss but each restaurant was a hit!! We can’t thank you enough for a wonderful full of memories and fun! Second time here. First we had a swim-out room. This time a beautiful view, right near the rooftop bar. Great food, love the Azul. Only complaint was the stairs. Room not near an elevator, which us older folks need. Stayed here prior to cruise.
