We stayed at Sonesta Ocean Point resort all inclusive . The suite was lovely , and all the staff were really helpful and nice, One staff was so sweet and good to me,It was my 75th birthday and Ryshendi Charles ( concierge ) went out of her way to decorate my suite full of balloons , roses , and roses petals on the floor, cakes and champayne. she went out of her way to make our stay an excellent experience. I highly recommend this resort for spending any special event .

Hotel was very nice and the pools and amentities were in great shape. Cleaning staff were great with our rooms however staff at the pools and the main restaurant were not I was told fourtteen times not to take my glass cup out of the pool area and the main restaurnt serving staff were imature and joked with me to the point i wouldn,t go there anymore. The Italian restaurant was excellent both inservice and food.

The restaurants and bars are great. The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. We had problems in our room with the electricity going out frequently. The tv would die frequently and I couldn’t use my hair dryer or curling iron frequently. Asked for help and a couple hours later, no help. .

This resort is beautiful, friendly staff, always accommodating to our needs. The drinks were great. There were umbrellas in our room, which we needed. The only complaint is that the food at the buffet and room service was cold and lacked seasoning. We had a great time.

I recently stayed at this property 10/18-10/21 solo and it was amazing. 10/10 I have zero complaints. The room was very clean and spacious and the view was breathtaking. The food was very good. Perfect resort for a solo trip. The resort wasnt crowded and i didnt have to wait long for food even room service came within 15 mins. I will definitely be returning to this property again
