Had a wonderful two night stay. All of the staff were amazing. A special thank you to Paulo at front desk who really took his time and care on explaining some tourist attractions in the city. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Some might say the hotel is dated, but I found it dated in the best possible way.

Good location, very good food and atmosphere in the downstairs pub. Live music in the afternoons when we were there 10/24 & 10/25. However I find the rooms noise level too loud from the traffic down in the streets even though we were on the 18th. floor. Asked for a room fridge & microwave- these were delivered promptly.

The entire staff of the hotel and restaurant were extremely attentive and professional. However, the concierge Verinda went way beyond the call of duty. She recommended and helped us get on a last minute very enjoyable trip on a very bleak cold day. This little bit of kindness made this a memorable visit!

We stayed her for a day before our cruise and enjoyed it very much. We did a tour of Stanley Park in the morning/early afternoon and were thrilled when our room was ready early after the tour. We had a very nice sized corner room with a great view of the city of Vancouver. The room had a nice decor and was in good condition. Location was very good, and it is not much more that 5-minute walk to the cruise terminal. It is a bit expensive, but it is high quality hotel.

Stayed for 1 night on the 1st of September as part of a special trip to Canada to celebrate my 60th birthday. We met Monica at Check-in and a warmer welcome we could not have got, as we are Marriott Bonvoy members we were upgraded and had the most amazing room on the 31st floor, the view was breathtaking and I will never forget it. Could have spent all day watching the activities on the water below. Location is very good and in walking distance of everything. We used the car parking and found the concierge staff to be most friendly and accommodating. Very comfortable bed and no noise considering the downtown location. Nice bathroom and very clean. The Lounge access was an added bonus and we enjoyed our breakfast here and some refreshments on the night we arrived. So appreciated the late check out as our son was working close by and we were getting a ferry to The Sunshine Coast later that afternoon. No hesitation in recommending this hotel and it will be our no 1 choice on our next visit to Vancouver. Thank you to all the lovely staff for making us feel so valued.
