We had an excellent stay at the Marriott to end our vacation in Vancouver. I had booked a high floor, harbour view room and the hotel delivered! Were were on the 28th floor and had a curved, sweeping view of the harbour! The room was well equipped although a second arm chair would have been lovely -- however, no complaints. The bed was comfy, the bathroom was spacious and featured a walk in shower as well as tub and a nice, modern vanity. The provided robe was one of the nicest if you don't want something too plush. As a Platinum Bonvoy member, I had access to the M Lounge. This is located behind the restaurant and up a flight of stairs -- we did not ask, but I presume there is other access if needed for accessibility. Breakfast was very good and there were snacks provided late afternoon. We did not access the honour bar. Staff in all areas of the hotel were very helpful. The location is super, you can walk to the waterfront, or downtown easily. This is a solid choice in Vancouver!

This was an excellent all-around hotel. The location is great. They have an on-site bar and restaurant. Our room was on a high floor with a city view and it was spacious and beautiful. The staff were all friendly and attentive, but I have to give a special shout out to the concierge, Verinda. We have traveled extensively all over the world and she is the best concierge we’ve ever worked with! We had a party of 11 – not always easy to accommodate. Verinda fixed us up with a private city tour that was more convenient, accommodating, and less expensive for a party of 11 than the hop on hop off bus! Then she also managed a wonderful dinner reservation at a local restaurant. That’s not an easy feat at the last minute for a party of 11. She must be a highly regarded concierge, because the restaurant put us in a private room. The general manager even came to introduce himself and check in on us. The following day, she told us how to get a narrated harbor tour on a water taxi - Something we probably would not have figured out on our own. She made our two day stay in Vancouver very special.

This is an amazing hotel. The valet and bellmen were great and went out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of. Unloaded and loaded our luggage as well as my mobility scooter. The room was spacious and well-appointed and all the staff we encountered were very friendly. They didn't have a self-service laundry on site, which would have been helpful, but we found one a short drive away. Breakfast was varied and very good. We stayed in 3 hotels on our trip and this was head and shoulders above the other two.

We recently stayed just one night and I cannot say enough good stuff about our visit. The staff was incredibly welcoming and very pleasant. The hotel itself is beautiful. My only suggestion would be updating the rooms. While they are nice and spacious, they do need a touchup.a nice quick joint to the port if you are cruising. A lovely quick walk down to the seawall to walk around. Great hotel in a great spot I highly recommend.

This is the perfect hotel for pre and post cruising -minuses from port actually walkable with your luggage The staff is very accommodating and especially friendly If you have access to the executive lounge it is one of Marriott finest. We like so much we booked it twice
