It is my second time here at the Roc Arenas Doradas! What can I say spectacular ! Staff is amazing animation is Great !all of the staff go out of their way for their clients to make them feel like home . Very accommodating and they ensure to make your stay unforgettable !!!I would recommend this hotel hands down I WILL BE BACK !!! The position of this hotel, right on the beach, was wonderful and the grounds, buildings and beach were all beautiful. It was not high season so there were not too many people which we prefer. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was always evening entertainment which was very good. In the restaurant there was plenty of food but for us, it was not very flavoursome. There was a certain amount of shabbiness which needs to be noticed and addressed. Overall though, we had a very nice time in this hotel.

We are midway of our 28 day stay at Roc Arenas Doradas...we are absolutely loving it. We have stayed here a few times before and will always choose this resort. Low key, small enough for individual attention but still many people to meet and enjoy together. Rooms Nicely appointed and the most comfy beds. This is really important to us. Clean sheets and bath towels always. Hot water in your tiled rain shower. Large counter top for all your needs. Small TV with Showcase 2 for great movies. Our room is kept clean and fresh. Lobby Bar Great staff here to accommodate as best they can. Smiles and welcoming always. Often some musical entertainment in the evening. Coffee Bar Great cappuccino, I have one or 2 a day...try a Spanish Coffee! Roc Plus Breakfast and lunch in the Trattoria location is a wonderful quiet sit down experience for Roc Plus guests. Lovely small buffet with fruit cheeses and breads. Order omlette or eggs any way! The staff here morning and lunch are absolutely wonderful. Aida and Yula serve us most days and we always enjoy ourselves. Lunch is often a delicious soup and entree choice. This location serves soups, pizzas, pastas and entrees for the dinner service. Lovely attentive staff and delicious meals. The outdoor bars are fantastic and we enjoy those staff members such as Noel and Elvis...many others as well. The little shack on the Boulevard is our favorite...Noel serves up great drinks all day...he's quite busy in the afternoon having a good time serving his customers. Be sure to stop in for his fantastic mojitos. The PR team here is fantastic...especially Daisy who can help you out with anything you may need. Weather is perfect and we're looking forward to our second two weeks... We might try to stay out some late nights because there's alot of fantastic 9:30 shows! Come to Roc Arenas Doradas for a beautiful holiday in Varadero Cuba. There are so many wonderful people here to attend you in any way possible.

We left the ROC this back to Toronto, 24°c We got home to Hamilton this afternoon, -1°c. Can we move to Cuba for 5 months????? Roc Arenas Doradas is the most pleasant, accommodating and friendly place we have been, 6 times, the staff of every department at the resort are friendly, hardworking and very giving. The unbelievable part is that we have ran into many people that are vacationing at the same time, many times from England France, Russia and lots of Canadians. Everyone one joyful, inquisitive of each one's culture and plain fun. ??%?????? for ????.
