Yuya was fantastic! She remembered us by name and was the life of the party. The beach was beautiful and the food and coffee were fantastic.

We stayed here throughout Christmas last year. We have never been to Cuba so this was our first time in the country, beautiful place, beautiful people! The resort it self was really dead which was fine with us, no chair game! The beach was amazing. The food was basic but always found something to eat but mind you we didn’t get the Roc plus. Our rooms were great we did get a free upgrade to a suite which was a lot better for my family of four. They moved in two beds for my sons which means we all had our own beds. One thing that was kinda piss off was the shower there was no curtain or glass to keep the water in and ended up all over the floor we had to use two of the four towels to try and contain the water near the shower. Everything else was great in the room. The entertainment seem non existent I think maybe two out of the seven days they played volleyball in the pool and that’s all I seen and had someone playing music but just turned on music and let it play. Would we return to this resort probably not but we would definitely come back to this country hopefully sooner than later!

I came for a week and I can honestly say that I don’t wanna leave the service the room service the workers they all been amazing really friendly definitely If you’re gonna come to Cuba come to this hotel, you will not regret it. I can vote for them 100%
