It a beautiful property but needs a-lot of renovations, Beach was stunning, We reached the property very early around 1 pm and could not get checked in little after 4 pm, as the laundry truck got delayed, to compensate, they upgraded us from standard room to oceanfront. Food was limited, no fresh milk, yogurt, no cheese for first 5 days of our stay. When they opened the main buffet the opening time got delayed from 7 am to 7:30 am as employee bus got delayed, so the general manager apologize in person the next day, staff is amazing the Gardners, bar attendants and cleaning ladies, everyone try very hard to make your day. Spa was nice Mosquitoes were little annoying so bringing the bug repellent is must. If the food situation gets better and propert is maintained , the renovations are over, we may go again

It is affordable vacation package for my family of 9 people. Beverage and drink were excellent and plenty. The beach and ocean were breath taken

Our vacation was truly unforgettable. This resort is an absolute must-stay. The staff were incredibly accommodating and genuinely amazing. Don’t listen to anyone who says Cuba has bad food—this resort’s dining was easily a 5/5, with options for everyone. Our room always had plenty of hot water, and there was no shortage of toilet paper or amenities. The beach is breathtaking, with soft white sand, and you can walk far out into the ocean while still enjoying the clear, shallow water. The reserve pool and its staff truly made our vacation. Our bartender, Yadira, and concierge, Yaidel, were exceptionally friendly and provided 10/10 service—be sure to ask for them, you won’t be disappointed. I can’t wait to come back. Don’t hesitate to book—your adventure awaits!

The whole of the paradise is excellent The concierge Yaidel was extremely helpful and polite Yadira at the outside bar in the reserve she is happy and polite everyone makes me want to come back I have seen such positive improvement from the past years
