The whole of the paradise is excellent The concierge Yaidel was extremely helpful and polite Yadira at the outside bar in the reserve she is happy and polite everyone makes me want to come back I have seen such positive improvement from the past years

The best holidays ...paradise We stayed a family of 4 and we.had the most beautifull and memorable stay Food was great The beach is amazing The staff is very profesional and friendly For sure we will coming back and recommend this hotel 100%
Staff nice as usual, lack of options, no way a 5 star, not worth the price paid.

There is potential at this location. I'm sure on a busy season it is better. This trip, no walkway lighting, very unsafe. No working golfcarts, they shut down the hot water to half the resort.

Five stars for Cuba--nowhere else has these beautiful people, who try harder to make their guests feel extra special and valued. We have been to the Paradisus 4 times now (it's now our annual must-do) and we have always been treated like family. They take their resources and make magic. We stay on the Royal Service side, and enjoy quiet days poolside with activities arranged for our entertainment and some special tasting menu meals poolside are a treat. The team at RS Paradisus can not be beat! A+++
