Check in was quick and room as ready and it was very clean (needs a little renovation shower head looked older and couch but clean. Hotel is convenient to SeaWorld we had to book a shuttle to SeaWorld you could not just board the bus, but after I booked, realized kids might want to leave earlier when I went to ask the travel desk, they were not sure on process other than you can try to get a different bus but might not have room. I would have to walk all the way out of park and all the way to shuttle area to see if they have room. We chanced it anyway and managed to get on earlier bus. Breakfast was good and it is a cafeteria line so if you go later in morning it is busy and seating is limited. We came down early both days and even early seating is limited.
Service at front desk needs to improve

We stayed here 4 nights and overall had a great stay. The property is very well maintained, the room was very clean. The breakfast buffet was great. My only comment is about the service at front desk that needs to improve: they are simply not nice! You don’t feel welcome .
