Holiday Inn Club Vacations Scottsdale Resort

SCottsdale 4.0

Overview

A Splash of Southwest Flavour at Holiday Inn Club Vacations Scottsdale Resort - The sunny Sonoran Desert has hiking trails laden with cacti and tumbleweeds. But if cute shops are more your family’s thing, you can trade in your hiking boots for cowboy boots as you check out Scottsdale’s downtown boutiques.

Whichever path you take, the Holiday Inn Club Vacations Scottsdale Resort is a great place to cool off from that desert sun. (It’s a dry heat.) Grab a seat with a view of the waterslide as your kids make a splash. Our resort is also near some of the world’s top golf courses, so even the pickiest of travelers can find their footing.

Big Condo. Paper Thin Walls.

johnstaver (Elkton, Maryland) on Oct 16, 2025

We were assigned a lower level unit. It was called the first floor, but we walked seven steps down to the unit. Nice, clean, large condo. Big for a timeshare. Kitchen is well stocked. Bathrooms are clean and fairly large. Washer and dryer are a bit small, but worked great. Right next to a pool. Now the downside. The unit had little natural light. The view out the back was of a parking lot. The view out the front was eye level to a sidewalk. There were children running back and forth the entire length of the condo above us. This stomping went on for up to 45 minutes at a time. Thankfully this would stop by 9:00 pm. You can also hear anyone walking above you. Paper thin walls. We could clearly hear conversations taking place, and the TV’s, from the units beside us, and above us. Zero downtime from this noise of stomping, conversations and TV while we were in the unit. It was quiet at nighttime thankfully. But started back up by 6:30 am each day of our seven day stay. We do not recommend staying here if you cherish quiet time in the morning or evenings.
