Magnificent hotel good to enjoy with the family with areas for children with a separate pool just for them, the view is spectacular due to its gardens and the structure of the bungalows, the beach is heavenly. Fun was guaranteed because the entertainment was great from morning to night, the service staff was excellent and the employees were very friendly. I recommend the hotel without a doubt 100%. The resort looks nice as you are walking through. Internet worked good. However poorly maintained. Tennis courts and racquets and balls are terrible, kids center pool was almost empty, slides and water fall were not working. Table tennis racquet are in bad shape. One Foosball table was usable. The volleyball was torn and unusable. Advertised events throughout the day rarely ever happened. Saunas didn't work. Hot tub was not working. Stage never got used. Beach was never cleaned. Lunch menu was terrible all week and always ran out of food. Dining area has birds pooping on everything in the morning and it's never cleaned on the upper ceiling area. Upper shower head in room didn't work. Deck door was in bad condition and couldn't be locked. Beds are hard. Beer fridge was never restocked. Dinner and breakfast menu was always the same. Ala carte was available only twice for us and it was very low quality menu.
