Just, Ok. Book the ebike snorkle tour

C D on Feb 06, 2026

Zef & Donny’s ebike snorkel tour was great. That’s about all I can say positively. Food-sub par, actually made me ill. Drinks-ok, but I don’t believe it’s name brand liquor at the beach bars. Some bartenders were great, some not. We do tip, noticed many people do not. Unfortunately, some people are terrible, hogging beach & pool beds & not using them. Also noticed folks just leaving their cups, butts & trash around. The resort could police that better & clean up a bit more.

Another great stay

frankdp23 (Piscataway, NJ) on Feb 05, 2026

This was our 4th year in a row going to Divi AI and all was still great. The beach, as always, was the highlight. It's one of the best beaches around. Our room was nice, clean and had what was needed, but when picking ocean view, be aware that it could be the 4th floor with only a small view of the ocean. That is my only small complaint. We went to all the restaurants minus Ginger. The food was very good, with Paparazzi and Red Parrot being the best. The drinks were great as usual. If you think they are too weak, just ask for extra alcohol when ordering one. All the staff was friendly and pleasant. The gym, though over in the Tam (short walk or trolly ride away), was well appointed. Can't wait to book next years trip!

Another Fine Visit to Divi Aruba

Daniel M (New York City, New York) on Feb 01, 2026

Back to the Divi AI again for our annual December vacation in Aruba.. consistently good and seemingly getting better.. food good overall for an all-inclusive, obvious progress being made on renovations (but alas our 'Veranda' room not yet included in that) and facility improvements.. great beach as always.. and we're always glad the porters and bartenders still remember us after 10 visits! We will be back in December 2026!

Beautiful Beach, Decent Food—but Service Fell Short

Meaghan M (New Jersey) on Jan 24, 2026

My mom generously brought 18 of us to the Divi All-Inclusive in Aruba, and overall, we truly did have a wonderful family trip. Aruba is beautiful, the weather was lovely, and our rooms were ideally located just steps from the beach. Being able to move between the two Divi properties was a plus, and there were plenty of dining options. For an all-inclusive, the food was better than expected, with some premium drinks and a coffee shop that served genuinely excellent lattes. That said, the biggest issue throughout our stay was a consistent lack of service and communication. Before the trip, we tried repeatedly to make dinner reservations for our large group. We understood that 18 people is a challenge, but we were simply looking for reassurance that we could eat together in some capacity—whether that meant one large table or multiple smaller ones. Multiple emails from my mom and sister-in-law went unanswered. Even after looping in the hotel’s PR team, we still couldn’t get a response. Ultimately, the travel agent who booked the trip had to step in to secure reservations, and thankfully we were accommodated—but it shouldn’t have been that difficult. Service issues continued on property. We had a leak in our room on the first night when the shower overflowed, leaving the room damp and musty for the rest of our stay. It took a long time to get help, and the issue was never fully resolved. While we didn’t spend much time in the room, it was disappointing to feel like no one was really taking ownership of the problem. Another example: the coffee shop had wonderful pastries, but interactions there felt oddly unfriendly. My kids were trying to grab pastries for their cousins, and instead of a warm, relaxed experience, it felt rigid and unwelcoming—small moments, but they add up. After we checked out, I also realized I had left my AirPods in the room. Despite reaching out, I never received any follow-up from housekeeping, security, or the front desk. Finally, while this may be ideal for some travelers, we found the resort a bit quiet and even boring for kids and teens. There wasn’t much in the way of activities, entertainment, or nightlife, and being far from the Palm Beach area made it harder for younger people to feel engaged. Even on New Year’s Eve, there wasn’t a special dinner or event, which was surprising. In summary: beautiful setting, good food, and a lovely family experience—but the lack of responsiveness and service really stood out. With better communication, friendlier service, and more on-property activities, this resort could be much stronger. As someone who travels often, that missing layer made all the difference.
