Bike/snorkel tour

Tommy J (Flemington, New Jersey) on Aug 10, 2026

The e-bike/snorkel tour was amazing with Donny, Bri, and Lisa. It was so well organized and was a great time. We saw many turtles, and they even brought local food for us as snacks, which was delicious. All 3 were so friendly and caring. Highly recommend. Besides this tour, the resort was great and food was very good.

Great Place to Stay with Great Staff

Tanya B (Jacksonville, Florida) on Aug 09, 2026

This was my second stay at the DIVI Resorts. Carolina (Mulligans} remembered me from my first visit. I was shocked and touched. Carolina, Jorge, the intern Caroline from the Netherlands, LUZ Aida and Jacinto went above and beyond to make not only our stay to be great but also, they made sure my god daughter's birthday was acknowledged. I truly Appreciate each and every one of them from the bottom of my heart. They are Definitely a Wonderful asset. Thank you for having a Great group of people assisting with creating memorable moments with a smile and no hesitation

Worst All-Inclusive We've Visited

Susan M on Aug 02, 2026

Family of five (four adults and one child) stayed here in July in a two bedroom oceanfront suite. The room was nice but it was directly next to a public beach. We constantly had people using the foot wash station right in front of our room and next to our patio. When we complained to an employee, he spoke to the people and then he refused to ask them to leave, despite the "no trespassing" sign. I asked his name, which he refused to give me. Complained to the front desk and asked for security. It took security 20 minutes to get there, as they were coming from the neighboring hotel. Our fridge was not restocked daily with beverages. We had to ask four times for our water to be restocked. The resort itself was messy. There was trash on the beach and used beverage cups everywhere. We've stayed at several all-inclusive resorts before and this was BY FAR the worst. Save your money. Go to a Beaches resort.

5 Star All Inclusive Experience

Roam64332740519 (Durham, North Carolina) on Jul 27, 2026

We stayed in adjoining casitas and our experience was second to none. The welcome was warm and informative to a modern clean room feet away from the sand. We enjoyed a lot of time on the resort, walks to the Tamarijn and several excursions.. The restaurants were fantastic with each having a different cuisine providing a unique experience.. The italian food at Paparazzi was as good as any. We loved the food, experience and sunset at Club Margot. Pure Lime for a great Mexican meal and so much more. After a couple days it was easy to get into a cadence where I would grab a decag americano at the cafe and then head to breakfast... Such a wonderful time all around with very nice entertainment as well..

Not recommend.

we stayed with friends in Divi Aruba. One of the absolute worst hotels. Unfortunately, it ruined my impression of Aruba so much that I have no desire to go back. The hotel is old; there is a section with newer buildings, but it’s the luck of the draw—we stayed in both the old and new. The reception staff were very unwelcoming; upon check-in, they barely looked up or smiled—it felt like they were doing us a favor. You get one aluminum bottle per person to refill yourself at water stations located around the property. The reception area had cucumber- or orange-infused water, but you had to return the glasses, and by the end of the day, they were often unavailable. The rooms were very dirty. No slippers are provided, only bathrobes.no turn down service in room. only once on day. Beach towels are also limited to one per person; you have to return them to your room at the end of the day to get fresh ones. If you want extra towels, you have to ask and explain why. The room has a Nespresso machine and a fridge—but it’s empty! There is no beach service. Eco-friendly cups litter the sand and surrounding area all day; cleanup is very infrequent. It’s hard to find a beach lounger (especially one with an umbrella) by 7:10 AM, and the loungers themselves are old. The breakfast buffet is very meager( not much choice at all) , and there is no service—you have to pour your own drinks, juice, or coffee. There is always a line for the coffee machine at breakfast. During the day, if you want coffee, you have to go back to your room. The buffet closes before lunch, so you can't get coffee from the machine then. There is a coffee shop on-site where you can get lattes and croissants in the morning. The pastries are delicious! But they close before lunch. You have to make dinner reservations at the restaurants upon arrival, but the food at every restaurant is very tasty. I recommend visiting each one—you won't go wrong :). There is no entertainment on-site, though you can use the facilities at the neighboring hotel; a golf cart takes you there from reception. The neighboring hotel has a kids' club and evening shows, but we never made it to them, so I can't speak to the quality of the shows. The kids' club staff were very sweet and friendly with children, though the club itself was small and there were hardly any kids there. They close for lunch, after which you can drop the kids off again. On our last day, the sink in our room fell off the wall. We returned from breakfast to change for the beach and found the sink on the floor (this was after the room had been cleaned). We weren't told until 3 PM that we had to switch rooms! We were moved from a new building with an ocean view to an old building overlooking the roof and the pool. There was no hot water. When I complained about the lack of water, the manager said, "Let me show you how to turn on the hot water," and added, "You have to let it run for a while." Seriously? But when the manager checked, there really was no water. She called a plumber, and the water came back on a couple of hours later. She suggested I take a shower(since we had a dinner reservation)in our old room with the broken sink. So, I was supposed to pack a bag and go shower in the other building—in a room with a broken sink that already smelled like sewage (it was already stinking when I was packing to move)—and *this* is the standard for a hotel like this?! It felt like I was staying in a hostel. I do not recommend this hotel.
