NOT GREAT
Sue B (Staffordshire, United Kingdom) on Feb 23, 2026
Not great ! Great reception and nice staff but the rooms are really tatty and bathrooms really old fashioned and dark . Food we found ok and could always find something suitable to eat but was such a treat to go to a restaurant along the road. .worst thing was some of the restaurant staff are obviously bored and really not enjoying their job which showed they way they spoke to the customers .So rude .they slopped around the restaurant as if they had no energy and often didn’t answer you if you asked for something like another glass of wine ! At the beach bar they look at you ,you would order and then they went into kitchen . Another bar man would say “ are you being served “and we would say “ we don’t actually know ! “That happened a few times and Also to others . Beach is not actually accessible from hotel you have to clamber over a rock to the left or right of hotel to get on a beach and have a swim. Garden is lovely but whole hotel needs a refurb and the people saying it gets 5 star have obviously never been to a 5 star.sorry

The 3 stars given by most are reasonable , personally i would say a 4 star resort. It had everything we were looking for, a private beach, a nice pool, a comfortable room, and an all inclusive package. The food was decent and there were never any waits at the bar or in the restaurant
