Beautiful facilities, top rated staff, amazing food and spa. We are now at our second day here. We have the upgraded level and have been treated like royalty by the butlers and staff of the hotel. The food has been outstanding and the staff has been professional warm and very response. I would like to mention two individuals that have been wonderful to us. The first is Fernando who did my facial and massage yesterday at the spa. It was the first time I had the same professional to both and stay in the same beautiful room. He was warm and professional from the beginning. His massage was amazing. I had deep tissue and he was one of the best I’ve ever had. He was that very thoughtful about his approach to doing my facial, and I left with my face looking and feeling amazing. I also left with a lot of respect and liking toward him. He is a wonderful employee of the spa I would ask for him again. Caroline has been our butler for the first few days. She too is very professional warm, friendly and open. She looks for ways to help us and is very responsive to our request. We have felt like we’ve been treated so well and it has been amazing. We will be back.

My wife and I stayed 5 nights here, arriving on a SAT afternoon, leaving very early on THU morning (to catch our 8 am flight out of Cancun airport). Summary: I have been to 38 countries, 5 continents, 48 states, untold number of cities - this is the nicest place I have ever stayed at! The public spaces, pools, restaurants, beach all outstanding. We had booked a junior suite ocean view king bed. At check in, we were upgraded (no charge) to an Inspira rooftop suite with king bed - it was a truly wonderful room. Service everywhere was very pleasant. This all inclusive hotel was pricey, but the food at the several restaurants we dined in was superb (see my separate reviews on the restaurants). They even had self serve coffee and donuts/pastries in the main lobby at 4:30 am when we departed for the airport. Only negative: check in was tedious, and took too long (one example - using pen and paper to determine balance owed for the stay).

This was my second time at Atelier and it once again exceeded my expectations in every way! The food was delicious and the service was phenomenal. The staff makes you feel right at home and given that it was our second visit, a few even recognized us and greeted us like we were old friends. Everyone went above and beyond to make our visit one to remember. A special thanks to: - Herbert and Job from El Suspiro - Amir from Kopai - Julio and Luis from the pool - Jesus, Placido, David, Donavan and Luis from Mercado 19 - Sonya, who oversaw the restaurant operations. More than staff, these individuals become friends that are hard to leave behind at the end of your stay. Our stay was one to remember, and I can’t wait to return!

L’Atelier is a luxury resort. I would say, Hyper-luxury resort. The rooms, the beach, the food, the drinks : Everything is high end. The room was very spacious; We had a nice view on the golf course and far view of the ocean. We had one bottle of red and one of white + a mini-bar filled with beer and water. Snacks in the room. Throughout the hotel, a pleasant signature fragrance is diffused via scent machines, adding a refined touch to the atmosphere. Several reviews mention the high noise level in the central corridors, which can make the rooms less quiet. This is true. It didn’t stop me from wanting to return, but if absolute silence while you sleep is a priority, this may not be the ideal place for you. Brandon and PingTing were incredible! Resort service was unmatched and never experienced anything like it. We will be back!
