Can’t speak highly enough about our week at Atelier Playa Mujeres. The resort is beautiful, but what makes it so special is the service. The staff go above and beyond to treat all guests like they’re VIPs. Have to give shoutouts to some of our favorites: Miguel and Rojas at the pool; Esteban, Balbino, Rosa, Estefany, Mabel and Donovan at breakfast; Javier and Francis at the spa; and evening manager Melissa. We went to Maria Dolores twice - once for a delicious meal and once just for dessert - it’s that good. Sommelier Patricia made our evenings there especially enjoyable. We were not Inspira guests so we just paid out of pocket there - very easy. Building 2 was a great location for us to have easy access to everything. Little things I loved: coffee set up by the pool in AM while at the beach for sunrise, quick golf cart trips when needed and a special treat delivered to our room to recognize our honeymoon. We can’t wait to go back!

Atelier Playa Mujeres was amazing from start to finish. Everything felt luxurious without feeling stuffy, and the whole resort runs with a level of care you can feel. Service: Our butlers, Pingting and Brandon, were the highlight. They were helpful and attentive, and they handled our scheduling so we never had to think about logistics. Coming back to a bubble bath they had drawn for us, unprompted, is the kind of touch we'll remember. The rest of the staff matched that standard everywhere we went. Food: We loved Cilento, El Suspiro, and Cala di Luna, and each one felt like its own experience. Even the pool food was great, which is rare. We never felt like we had to leave the pool to eat well. Drinks: Excellent everywhere we went. The crème brûlée martini at Bar de la Calle was a standout and worth a visit on its own. Atmosphere and amenities: The resort is beautiful, relaxed, and polished. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully designed, which made it easy to unwind. We left rested and well taken care of, and we're already planning our return. If you go, ask for Pingting and Brandon.

This is a great resort. The food and service is exceptional. The restaurants are fantastic and Julio by the pool Is #1. Beautiful weather.

We love Julio at the main pool and Alejandro at the main pool bar. Donovan at Mercado 19 is amazing! Ernesto at the beach took great care of us.
