It’s no mystery why this hotel is the #1 hotel - the hotel aesthetics, the food, the beach the abundance of options but most of all the staff- all top tier. We just enjoyed our second trip here and highly recommend the Inspira experience. What made this trip even more wonderful was the attention from Suyin and Yatzy, from butler service. They went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of and they are truly excellent at what they do. We can’t wait to come back!!

Outstanding resort!! Amazing food, drinks and people!

Atelier Playa Mujeres surprised us with their level of service and initial impression. It far exceeded our expectations. I was thinking, "Okay, they are over the top in their reception and foyer appearance, but let's see how the rest of the property is." It only kept getting better and better. The rooms are spacious, well appointed and stocked with best mini-bar and snacks. The barn doors in the room to access the oversized plush bath area nailed it. The staff was clearly well trained and super friendly and responsive. The 12 restaurants did not dissappoint. The food and presentation was off the chart. Our party consisted of 72 persons for a wedding and everyone, no exception, said they were going to figure out a way to come back. The grounds are pristine. We don't drink distilled beverages but eveyone who came to visit our suite commented on the quality of complimentary bottles of spirits we had. The web app was amazing for reserving restaurants slots and ordering any type of service you needed. The entire property is clean and well kept.

My husband and I stayed at Atelier for 6 days to celebrate our 1 year anniversary. We both agree it was the best vacation we ever had. The resort is modern and well maintained. It is located in a safe area. Our room was large and we enjoyed lounging by the swim up pool. The food is the best we ever had at any resort. The spa is top notch. We had the best couples massage at the spa and enjoyed the hydrotherapy circuit. The service at the resort was wonderful. Everyone was helpful and attentive to our needs. Inspira level came with butlers. Pingting and Brandon helped to make our stay more enjoyable by assisting us with a few things throughout our stay. We would recommend this resort to others and plan to stay here again.

This was our second time to Atelier. Just went six months ago. Once again everything was amazing. We requested our same butler's as before which was Alberto and Lazaro. They were just as amazing this time as the were before. So attentive, kind and you can tell they genuinely enjoy their job. It was my husband's birthday and upon arrival they had setup the room with birthday balloons/decor. It was such a lovely surprise. We had a swimout room and the swimout water was heated. The pools were a little cooler but as long as you were out when the sun was out it was no problem. The food was nothing short of amazing. From room service to, El Suspiro (seafood) to the Steakhouse...it all was so good. Always hot and well seasoned. Atelier is truly the best if the best!
