Atelier Playa Mujeres was the best resort I have ever stayed at. The site was beautiful, and surprisingly secluded. It was not back to back resorts like past places I’ve stayed at. The rooms are to die for. Stunning views, beautiful tubs and bathroom. One thing I loved was that it stayed cool and was not muggy at all in the room, which was surprising based on the weather outside. We did not have the Inspira upgrade but I didn’t even notice. Everything felt luxurious and high quality. The food was AMAZING. Reviews aren’t lying when they say this is the best food for a result. Every restaurant and bar was so good. The pools were perfect temperature with plenty of seats. The beach was beautiful. Plenty of activities during the day and nighttime. And everything was easily accessible from the website they give you when you check in. But the thing that set this resort over the edge was the service. The service was top tier. Guadalupe in the pool/beach area was an angel on earth. She took such great care of us and was so punctual and kind. After the 3rd day she knew our order, kept our room number and was just the best. We specifically sat in her area of the pool so we could have her. Herberht at El Suspiro was the best, he went out of his way for us each time we came there. Gave us drink recommendations and ran to give my friend some soda water when he noticed he dropped sauce on his shirt. He was so funny and personable, we asked for him by name. Pablo and Jesus at the breakfast buffet were our favorites for breakfast. Every time they saw us that would have 4 mimosas ready for us right after we sat down. Andres at the pool/beach area was also amazing. He recognized us everyday and moved full beach chairs for us the be close to the water. Sergio from Los Abrazos was so nice, he gave my friend and I extra mashed potatoes and offered us “low calorie” desserts. My husband did the morning bike ride with Jonathon, and really appreciated the history and stories he told during the ride. There were so many other staff members that were so nice, we really didn’t have anything close to a bad experience with anyone. Everyone went above and beyond to make our vacation memorable and meet all of our needs. Would 100% recommend this resort and we will definitely be back again. Thank you for an amazing week Atelier!

We absolutely loved our stay at Atelier!! Everyone was so so nice and made our experience so enjoyable! A big thank you to the Arts and Experiences team that made sure there was always something to do!! Andrea was so friendly and funny she lead the bike experience and had so much knowledge! She also made the pool games so fun! Carlos was so friendly with great volleyball skills and dance moves. Elian remembered our names the whole trip and the entire team made us feel at home! We hope to be back soon!

Saúl, Julio, Carlos, and Jonathan were amazing on this trip! They were the entertainment by the main pool and very very good table tennis players which was a blast. They have daily table tennis by the pool with some good competition. Will definitely be coming back to this hotel and hope to see them there!

Booked with Amex platinum and every other place I was treated great. This hotel treated me like I was lowest of low. I actually got a lower room than I paid for, I wrote the hotel a month ahead of time telling them it was my 40th bday and would love early check in like I have gotten with all other Amex hotel. They said they will try and have a birthday surprise. Nothing was in my room and it wasn’t available until 4pm which was an hour after normal check in. My AC was broke I requested to be fixed 9 times. I saw they had skittles on the room service cart I asked for that instead of another option and they said that wasn’t for my level. It was crazy!

We’ve absolutely loved our stay at Atelier Playa Mujeres! The resort is beautiful, relaxing, and the service has been amazing, but one person who truly made our experience extra special was Damarys at the pool. Damarys is seriously the sweetest! She is always attentive, kind, and walking around with the biggest smile on her face. You can genuinely tell she loves what she does and enjoys making people happy. I constantly see her checking on everyone around the pool, making sure they’re comfortable, have everything they need, and asking if she can get them anything. She makes you feel taken care of without ever making it feel forced. People like Damarys are what make a beautiful resort feel even more special. I really hope Atelier recognizes her and treats her well because she is an amazing part of their team and deserves it! ?? We would 100% recommend Atelier Playa Mujeres, and after this experience, we’re already talking about coming back every year.
