The atmosphere of Atelier is like no other. We returned for a second time this trip and every interaction did not disappoint. From our concierge, Berenice, to each and every waiter and manager, to Rojas and Daniel at El Cielo. Atelier is incredibly accommodating for vegans, as well as those with allergies or other dietary restrictions. This is one of the many reasons we are sold on Atelier - a place where we both can eat and enjoy! La Consentida's manager, hostess, waitstaff and chefs were amazing and deserve recogition for how well they took care of me for breakfast most days. Breakfast is the only meal that is a bit more challenging at Atelier for vegans, but La Consentida solved all of that with delicious meals for me! Jose at El Suspiro also went above and beyond for me during one lunch stay. We had a few minor issues with our room and they were taken care of immediately, with grace and pleasure. Our experience led us to become members during this trip, and we were lucky enough to have Aline and Martin as incredible butlers for the last few days of our stay! They were patient with us and there to support with anything we needed - nevermind being welcoming faces! We wished we had joined Inspira at the start of our stay so we could have benefitted from Aline and Martin's knowledge and support more. We hope to request them next time! If you're looking for a home away from home that will delight your senses and immediately make you feel relaxed - Atelier is the place to make that happen.

This was our 5th trip to Atelier. This resort just feels different. Love when the resort gates open and we have arrived at our happy place. The service here is impeccable. The staff is so kind, smiling and always willing to help. The rooms are beautiful and the cleaning staff keeps them impeccable. We always have a great experience in the various restaurants with wait staff making sure we have a great experience. Special shout out to Luis and Oswaldo, our amazing butlers, who ensure everything is perfect on our trip! We cant wait to come back!

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The service was unlike anything we've ever experienced. The bars and the food; everything was great. We did not have a bad bite. Really want to take an extra time to really hype up all of the staff. All of the staff are some of the most hard-working kindest people I've ever been around. Major shout out to Cristopher, who helped us for days on end at the pool. He is absolutely incredible. This man deserves a raise. It was a bit too windy to go to the beach for the first couple of days but we had a really great time at the relaxation pool. The big pool is definitely very fun but not so much our vibe. I think if we had been with multiple other couples it would have been more fun but we were just the two of us. We spent most of our days at the relaxation pool, great swim-up bar. The restaurant that's right near there is really great for lunch. Our room was spacious and comfortable. If you can I would request rooms away from the club. It can get pretty loud in the rooms closest to the club so just ask for a room in building 2 at the very far end of the hallway if possible. Would go back in a heartbeat, really loved our time there.

It’s our fourth enjoyable trip to Atelier Playa Mujeres. The staff was awesome, very friendly and the resort was superb, modern, clean, welcoming and very pleasant! It feels like home. We enjoyed all the pools and the beach. We visited all restaurants during our 2 weeks stay – sometimes even twice. As usual everything was delicious and tasty. But even more delicious when the waitresses convert the service to the juicy preparation shows. Our favorites were Steak House, See Food, Mediterranean and Italian. Of course, Maria Dolores was top notch. As soon as we checked in, Leyner and Carlos were assigned to us as our personal butlers. It was a great experience to have somebody taking care of all details and aspects of your vacation. From dinner reservations to the simplest task such as to help us to move to another suite, steam our clothes, spay aroma in our room or restock the fridge they always have been immediate and reliable. They were awesome, professional and had great attitudes towards the guest’s needs. We highly recommend them. Also, special thanks to our concierge Marisol for her daily assistance and willingness to help us with any wishes and requests. She is such a kind person! We also enjoyed the Nuup Spa. The hydrotherapy sessions were amazing. Diana, the massage therapist, provided great service. We loved all activities and entertainment. We are certainly looking forward to visiting the Atelier Playa Mujeres again.

Our week at Atelier Playa Mujeres was incredible. We traveled with several couples to celebrate a friend’s birthday. The resort is beautiful and impeccably maintained. Each couple had a different room type. All the room types were spacious and well appointed. I particularly liked the water features ( plunge pool or swim out suite). We dined at several different restaurants and each experience was exceptional. The food was delicious and the service was great. The spa is world class with an extensive hydrotherapy circuit and private pools. Throughout the resort the staff were pleasant and attentive. Our butlers, Martin and Aline, were great and made our stay very special .They secured dinner reservations and went above and beyond in accommodating and arranging special events for our large group.
