Its very simple. This is a top tier resort. The service, the food, the rooms, the amenities. For anyone who says the food is not good, they probably have not set expectations appropriately. This is a large resort who is making lots of food. Guess what, they are doing a killer job. Best food I have eaten across the board at any all inclusive I have been to. Top shelf liquor at every bar. We had a Junior Suite Ocean View King. Perfect space for us with comfortable beds and awesome views. Final note- the staff. From the moment you walk in the door, to the time you leave, excellence. Our biggest shoutout goes to Julio at the pool who made our trip. He made us feel important. Learned our names, our cocktail orders, and what we liked to eat. Thanks Julio! We will be back.

First trip to Atelier was everything we expected. The inspira Master Oceanfront is a truly stunning room, and our butlers Brandon and Pingting made the experience even more special. Everything we could have asked for we had on time and with a wonderful attitude. They began contacting us several days ahead and our dinner reservations were taken care of when we arrived. Look for Carlos on the beach, he set up our cabanas and took care of us when we were sunburned :) The resort is sprawling and lovely with lots of great food options and spaces to make friends and party or spend some quiet time to yourself. Would recommend.

Inspira room swim out was incredible as usual. This is our third trip and the resort continues to deliver and service is amazing. We always ask for the same butlers because they are both incredible. Rodolfo and Yareni did so many things from us from simply leaving ice into our room to setting up every reservation and then checking in person with us to verify thatwe were all set for the day. They also sent us an itinerary of what was going on at the resort as well as when they switch shifts. We will be requesting them again when we return.

This is my 5 th visit… became members on our first visit 18 months ago. It’s as fantastic each and every time. The food, the service, the people. Spent most days at beach beds with Carlos Herrera , pool concierge taking excellent care of us. He is the absolute best. Also spent a day at rooftop pool where Uriel was outstanding as always. I enjoyed the additions to the El Suspiro lunch menu.. the flank steak was delic. As always, we request Pingting and Brandon as our butlers. They are truly the best there is and they enjoy taking care of every need. We also love the bar de la Calle.. the best drinks and mixologists. We just met David there this trip and he is fantastic !!!! Also our friend Portela who we look forward to seeing there every trip!!!! Great drinks , bartenders and lively atmosphere! Can’t wait to return!!!

Our stay at Atelier Playa Mujeres was truly one of the best vacation experiences we’ve ever had. The resort is absolutely beautiful, with incredible food, gorgeous pools and beach areas, and an atmosphere that feels both luxurious and relaxing. Staying in the Inspira Suite was 100% worth it and made the trip even more special with the added exclusivity, elevated amenities, and personalized experience throughout our stay. One of the main highlights of everything was our amazing butlers, Carolina and Cesar. They went above and beyond in every possible way to make sure we were taken care of, always checking in, helping with reservations and anything we needed, and making us feel genuinely welcomed and valued. Their kindness, attentiveness, and exceptional service made such a difference in our experience, and we are so grateful for everything they did to make our stay unforgettable.
