We loved our 5 day stay! The food was incredibly amazing, everything elevated. Super recommend the sit down dinner at Mercado. But the most memorable part was the welcoming and fun energy from the staff. We felt the positivity during every part of our stay - special shout out to Carlos, Andrea and Elian from the Experience Team and Alberto at the Pool. We will have special and warm memories of our stay.

We stayed at Atelier Playa Mujeres for a getaway with our best friends, and we truly had the best time! From the moment we arrived, everything felt exclusive, special, and incredibly well cared for, even without upgrading to an Inspira room. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful. The scenery, architecture, cleanliness, and unique art-inspired atmosphere made it feel unlike any resort we’ve stayed at before. We were greeted by virtually everyone we passed throughout the resort, and that warmth and friendliness really stood out to us. The room was gorgeous, but what truly blew us away was the food and, especially, the service. One of the things that meant the most to me personally was how seriously the resort handled my food allergies. Every time I visited one of the restaurants on property, I was asked whether I had any allergies. Our servers were incredibly proactive about involving the chef, explaining potential cross-contamination concerns, letting me know if something might not be safe, and offering alternatives. On more than one occasion, they even created special dishes for me so I could enjoy the meal safely. I never felt like my allergies were an inconvenience or an afterthought. Instead, I genuinely felt considered and cared for, and that my safety was a priority. Having that peace of mind allowed me to fully enjoy the incredible food. We have to give a special shoutout to Andres and Guadalupe, who made our time by the pool and beach so memorable. On our first day at the beach, Andres immediately greeted us and helped us secure beach chairs, while Guadalupe took care of our drinks. From that point forward, they were working near the pool each day and would come right over to greet us. Andres would have our beach towels ready, and Guadalupe would immediately bring four waters to get us started. She remembered what we liked to drink, was incredibly quick and cheerful, and was simply so kind. We actually intentionally sought out Guadalupe’s section at the pool each day because we enjoyed her so much. Her genuine kindness made us feel truly cared for. Herberht at El Suspiro was another absolute standout. He was so amazing that we actually went back specifically because we wanted to be seated with him again. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy, and he was hilarious, attentive, and incredibly thoughtful. At one point, my husband accidentally spilled shrimp broth on his shirt. Herberht noticed from a distance, rushed over to the bar, got soda water, and brought it to him so the stain wouldn’t set. It was such a small moment, but it perfectly captured the level of attentiveness we experienced throughout our stay. Jesus and Pablo at Mercado 19 also took amazing care of us every morning at the breakfast buffet. They were wonderful, and on our last morning they even had a round of mimosas waiting for us. What a perfect way to end our breakfasts! Sergio at Los Abrazos deserves a huge mention as well. The night he served us, he kept us laughing and made us feel so special. My friend and I had both ordered the provolone appetizer, and I mentioned to her that I was going to go to the salad bar to get more bread to eat with it. Sergio overheard me and took care of it before I even had the chance to get up. Those little moments of anticipating what guests need are what made the service at Atelier so exceptional. And the food! We were continually blown away. Everything we ate was delicious, and we honestly couldn’t stop talking about how good everything was. The combination of the quality of the food and the incredible attention to allergies made dining one of the highlights of our entire trip. We absolutely loved the Life & Vibe pool and somehow found ourselves there every day, frequently taking advantage of the amazing swim-up bar. It became one of our favorite places to spend time. Another small touch I absolutely loved was being provided with a beach bag to use during our stay. I had completely forgotten to pack one, so this was incredibly convenient, and I noticed so many other guests using theirs as well. It was such a thoughtful amenity. We also participated in the couples pottery class, which was such a fun experience. We especially appreciated learning that the clay was sourced from a local community. It made the activity feel even more meaningful because we knew we were supporting local artisans and the surrounding community. Rafael also explained to us that Atelier is uniquely the only Mexican resort in the area, which was something we really appreciated learning. Supporting local businesses and Mexican-owned businesses was important to us, and it made us feel even better about choosing Atelier for our trip. Atelier has such a unique vibe. It is beautiful, artistic, modern, clean, welcoming, and genuinely special. But ultimately, it was the people who made the experience unforgettable. Andres, Guadalupe, Herberht, Jesus, Pablo, Sergio, Rafael, and everyone else who took care of us made us feel welcome and appreciated from beginning to end. We absolutely plan to return, hopefully with even more of our friends, and we would recommend Atelier Playa Mujeres to anyone and everyone. We left already talking about when we could come back. An incredible resort, incredible food, and truly exceptional people. 10/10!

My wife and I came here on our honeymoon and had the best 5 days. The beach and pool were clean, the food and drink service at each were amazing, and the restaurants were all incredible. Service here is top notch. Luis took great care of us at breakfast at Mercado and lunch at Cilento. Julio provided amazing service to us for our private, romantic dinner on the beach (highly recommend as an add-on; pictures included), Jonathan was an energetic and friendly group activity leader, and Guadalupe provided multiple days of great and friendly service to us on beach days. Massages were great as well. Do everything you get a chance to do here: nightlife activities, taco truck, burgers by the pool, wine and cheese nights, Maria Dolores. Everything was perfect, thank you Atelier for the best honeymoon we could have asked for!
