The is probably one of the nicest resorts that we have been to. All of the rooms are incredible and the resort's restaurants and bars are so good!! We will definitely return to this hotel! We were here for a business meeting but decided to go early and it was so worth it!!!

Amazing resort!! We have not been to Mexico in a number of years ~ so happy we went to Atelier!! It was absolutely a BEAUTIFUL resort!! We have been to a number of nice resorts that were wonderful (Sandals, Secrets, Couples), but this was probably the cleanest and best food overall. Our butlers, Pingting & Brandon were awesome!! They made all our reservations and answered any and all questions we had. They even threw in a few surprises through out the week that were an added and appreciated touch! We will definitely go back and definitely recommend!!

The resort is beautiful, all of the staff so helpful and friendly! The room with an ocean view was amazing. Room service fantastic. Drinks are fabulous! The only con I have is making dinner reservations. After check in you need to go to the website they give you, sign in as a client and choose a restaurant and time for dinner. The problem is all the places we wanted to eat were full and not just for that night but for all the time we were there. I went to the concierge and inquired what we should do. He could not help me but suggested we dress up and go early and see if they could fit us in as sometimes people don’t show up for their reservation. We did that and were fortunate enough to be seated. If not we would have had to book the buffet later at night. We did not want the buffet for every meal. The next night we wanted to go to the Japanese restaurant, again there were no openings. I was sent a survey to fill out when we were there and I did voice my frustration at not being able to get reservations. The senior concierge contacted me and said he would make us reservations for the time we wanted. He then confirmed it for me. Fortunately I had all this on text because when we arrived we had no reservation. The staff questioned me, was I sure it was the right restaurant? It was very embarrassing. I showed them the text, they wanted a picture of it. They did seat us and dinner and wait staff were great. I feel they need a better system. This is an expensive resort, you should not have to go through this for dinner reservations, it puts a damper on the entire experience. They have many wonderful restaurants, you should not have to eat at the buffet every night. The interesting thing was neither of these restaurants were busy when we were seated. Why were there no openings? I hope they look at this system and make positive changes. You should not have to spend your time trying to get help to eat at the place of your choice for the money you are spending.

The resort is beautiful, and every member of the staff is friendly and welcoming. Our concierge staff members, Rodolpho and Cristal, were amazing! They kept us informed about everything happening at the resort and made us feel at home while we were there!

My sister and I stayed at Atelier for 11 days. It was our first trip to Mexico. It was the most exceptional vacation experience I have ever had. From the moment we entered the lobby of the resort I felt pampered, cared for, served and respected. Every single staff member we came in contact with was kind, respectful, friendly and very very helpful. I have never experienced the level of service I had at Atelier. The food was outstanding also. Room service food was GREAT. All the restaurants were good, especially Mercado 19. They made me feel very special for my birthday. The room was beautiful, all of the amenities exquisite, and the attention to detail in every way was outstanding. The spa was out of this world wonderful. Our butler Alexis is one of the most wonderful, kind, helpful people I've ever met. He anticipated our needs and went out of his way to make sure our stay was the best it could possibly be. I cannot say enough about Atelier. I can't imagine anywhere could be any better.
