The experience from the time we checked in to the very last minute of our stay was wonderful. We had the opportunity to try a German Pancake, cooked by Chef Gabriela, which was amazing. This dish was just the perfect balance of flavors and fresh fruits. The restaurants in this hotel offer à la carte and buffet style with many choices, from cold cuts to truly authentic Mexican cuisine. This hotel family friendly and if you are looking to have a relaxing time with your couple this is the right choice. Thanks Catalonia for a wonderful experience!
