I would stay far away from here…food has no taste, cautis running all over the place touching everything including your belongings on the beach and at the pool. My mom fell st the beach. Members of the staff were there, official report was made. No responsibility was taken or acknowledgement made by management of the hotel. I had to pay for the local hotel and no reimbursement was offered (not even for taxi there and back).
Avoid Exclusive Members Club!!

Do not go here for the beach. No crystal clear waters here. Much better beaches in Playa del carmen & Playacar hotel district. Do not accept to meet up with Exclusive Club members club. They pose as hotel managers/supervisors (lies) and when you go to front desk enquiring about them, they have no idea who these people are. They promise you all kinds just to get you to go their meetings, but those are lies too. The hotel should do something about these people posing as hotel managers/supervisors. Restaurants were good, buffet so-so. Clean resort. Would not recommend for the beach. Plenty of jellyfish & murky waters during my stay.
