Sheraton Waikiki will undergo a room enhancement project from November 7, 2018 to June, 2020. The work is isolated to mitigate any noise using buffer floors. The work will take place from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and will not be visible to guests. During this time, no public areas will be impacted.

This is a very busy hotel, in the center of Waikiki, which is fine. Our room was very quiet, with a postcard view of the beach. The room was clean and housekeeping very efficient. The only reason it is rated a “4” is the curtains were useless in blocking the morning sunlight. Our room faced East, and the sun shone thru immediately. Otherwise, this was a perfect stay.

We arrived for a trip gang we had been planning for a long time. As we checked in Quili(?) was unable to find our initial reservation. She quickly found it and offered us a much better room with a view. She was so friendly, professional and helpful. Enjoyed talking with her.. then we arrived in our room and it was better than we expected! Highly recommend the location and the amenities! Perfect trip!
