the pool is very clean & inviting ( both pools) …ocean calm & very swimmable. Staff helpful & always pleasant . Great variety of food . Met lots of new people who have been going to the Binny for 17-21 years…amazing. Sure hope I can return.

We loved this hotel! The staff was great--helpful, friendly....all the things you want. I did rate "sleep" as a low score. The bed was good quality, but........ Every night the Huatulco party bus came in front of the hotel ever 15 minutes or so. Flashing lights into our room (even with the curtain closed), driver yelling into the loudspeaker, BOOM BOOM BOOM splitting your ears open......no sleep was had whatsoever. This is NOT something Binneguenda has control over, BUT it DOES impact their guests and their experiences at the hotel.
Nice Rooms. Great Staff. Food needs improvement

We stayed at the Niru Ocean Suites for 10 days in January of 2026. The property itself is in a great location with quick access to the beach and within easy walking distance of Santa Cruz and the nearby town of La Crucecita. The room we had was spacious and comfortable but there was no view and the only door/window opened up directly to a walkway. The service at the hotel is great and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was generally pretty good but the options are limited and gets repetitive quickly. Dinner was the same, The main issue we had with this hotel was their buffet restaurant. It was among one of the worst we have experienced in over 35 years of travel and we are generally not the type of people to complain when we're travelling and in another country. We ended up taking most of our meals outside of the hotel in the nearby towns of Santa Cruz and La Crucecita. Considering the price we paid and the expected 4 star level, this property has room to improve. The pools are nice but the way the property is situated, you'll only get sun on the upstairs pool until about 11:30 and then it will be in shade for the rest of the day so you'll then have to go down to the beach club which is also accessible by the public if they pay a fee to use the club for the day so it can get busy and a bit more crowded.
Awesome stay Again

The hotel is well located in Santa Cruz, just a short walk to the Beach Club, which we visited most days and thoroughly enjoyed. **Pros:** The rooms are very basic but clean and comfortable. The Beach Club is close by and is a really nice facility. The nightly shows were a lot of fun and something I genuinely enjoyed. The staff at both the hotel and the Beach Club were outstanding—consistently friendly, helpful, and responsive. I truly can’t say enough good things about the service. **Cons:** The hotel pool is quite small and feels outdated; it could definitely use a refresh. The buffet was very basic, with limited and repetitive protein options. Proteins were often poor quality, such as chicken bones in sauce or very tough cuts of meat, which was disappointing. Breakfast was better on the days when fresh eggs were available. Overall, I would recommend this location as an all-inclusive option if you can get a good deal through WestJet Vacations.
