Brianna was great and helped make our anniversary perfect! This was after 18 hours of travel and we were not in the mood to smile lol. The room was amazing and we were so happy we booked here!

We had a great stay at this resort. Everything was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Our first night was a bit noisy due to music from the town, but after mentioning it to the front desk the next morning, they quickly moved us to a much nicer, quieter room in another tower with no hassle at all. There was some construction happening during our stay, but it was limited to specific hours and clearly communicated at check-in, so it didn’t disrupt our visit. The prices were very reasonable, and the location is perfect—close to everything. We enjoyed both the pool and the pool bar, and we also attended the resort’s luau. It was a wonderful experience with great entertainment and delicious food. Overall, I would definitely recommend this resort.

Stayed here for 3 nights when I was in Big Island. Hotel is abt 20mins away from the airport. There are many restaurants nearby. Hotel comes with a balcony. I was given the ocean front view room which was excellent. I also tried the spa massage which was a so-so for me

Beautiful property and very nice clean room. Amazing view right on the coast! The restaurant was very good and the view at sunset was breathtaking! Staff was very friendly. There is a wonderful pool and private lagoon. Shopping and coffee shop and restaurants a very short walking distance. Also a gift shop with snacks etc on property. We will be back!!

Did a quick getaway to the Royal Kona November 2025. We had the best time. The property is beautiful with one of the best bars right above the ocean. The property is scenic and very well maintained. The staff are super helpful and friendly. I can say enough wonderful things but you cannot go wrong staying here. Rooms are spacious and quiet.
